Hi gunselsenol! I’m sorry but the theme doesn’t have a feature that can display an element (text or image) above your thumbs, there is the icon element but it’s limited to the 600 icons that are part of the library. Btw really nice layout at your side!
Failed to load content css: issue is still here and getting a lot of flack from my clients. Surely this is a bug in the theme as not happening on any other theme!

Ok so deactivated YOAST SEO and seems that there is a plugin conflict which brings up the error. This is the most popular SEO plugin so how do we fix?
I’m sorry but other users don’t report this (we have literally thousand of users with YOAST) so in case you need our assistance we need to check your installation privately. I am using the theme and WPML and, at woocommerce, WPML Translation Management for multi-currency. The problem here is, when I put items in cart, it repeats staying in infinite loop. But then when you put the WPML Translation Management in deactivation, items normally goes into cart. Please kindly take a look at this problem and get back to me.

ps: have you asked WPML if all the settings are correct? It seems a bit odd we have never received this complaint while we have thousand of users with this setup. We remind that by the moment Uncode is an official certified WPML theme, they also take care to support any issue you have with WPML.
I’m not sure if there’s a bug when trying to set a video to auto play within a lightbox it just comes up with an error message. I’ve followed the steps on the support adding ?autoplay=1
However the URL seems to get removed and it only displays YouTube/embed/?autoplay
I’m not sure if you have some tips or advice? Currently you have to press the image then the play button

Hi matt_thomas289! What is the URL you are inserting exactly? Maybe the problem is that you wrongly concatenates multiple parameters. It’s just a normal YouTube URL that I’ve copied from on email of my videos. Added the autoplay tag to the end following on from the Uncode docs. I’ve just had a look over your comments to the developer. Shame there’s not been an update or anything after all this time?!

This is the page. It seems that if the video is hosted on Vimeo the autoplay=1 works without any issues but as soon as you try a Youtube video and autoplay within Lightbox it just removes the video ID causing the error
Can you create an example in another page? Sorry not easy to understand without a test. I just see here that the Vimeo is working fine.

hi, could you clarify if all images are adaptive, for example if you upload different sized images on a product page will they all be dynamically resized to fit without crop?
also with the theme options are you able to select the demo layout you want to use for example ‘shop classic’, or do you have to do this manually via options.

Hi pixijade! “Included Concepts” are layouts created with Visual Composer page builder that are part of the theme (importable demo contents). Maybe I don’t get you but you just need to replace our contents with your actual site contents. Hi pixijade! Yes one solution is to import Selective Demo instead of the whole Demo Contents, anyway the important is that you know what happen behind the curtains and that is better to have a backup if you want to import demo contents on an existing site.

Hi There, I’ve had this these for a long time but I recently tried using the latest version and it gives me an error. It uploads but does not install and says unable to connect to Core which is very weird. I’ve used this theme many times and this has never happened. Please advise.

Something is going on. I keep uploading the folder and when I go to activate theme the screenshot shows blank and it has errors installing required plugins. First time I see an error like this when installing a theme.
