On a page that contains a Carousel Slider, there ins’t an option to add content above/below the carousel, unfortunately. You have option to add the image in the floating panel on the right.

Alternatively, you can use the Slider Revolution plugin to create the Carousel Slider. In this case you can add the Slider’s shortcode in TATSU along with other contents in the page.

Unfortunately we designed these blog styles without the read more button. This is because the title already links to the individual post and given that these are smaller blog styles a read more button would only be a redundant link. Modifying this would require copying the blog loop template from the main theme into the child theme and making your customizations there. Apologies, only a developer can assist you in this regard as such customizations are beyond the scope of our support.

If the mails are taking too long to get delivered, then you will have contact your web host about it as it looks like a problem with the mail server. Basically the script used to send the mail, executes quickly, which is why you are even seeing a confirmation message immediately. From there on, its the job of the mail server. With regard to styling the success message, there seems to be a problem in the code. Please use the css snippet below to fix the styling issue.

Premium Paid Plugins such as Master Slider & Revolution Slider, bundled with the theme are not eligible for auto-updates ( Not just our theme but its the same case with plugins bundled in other theme. ), but we will be periodically updating the plugins along with the theme updates so that you stay current. You do not have to Activate the License in order to be able to use the plugin.

The size of the thumbnail image in the Portfolio module is derived based on the aspect ratio, which is set to 1.6 and the number of columns chosen. To modify the dimension of the thumbnail, you can change the aspect ratio under OSHINE OPTIONS > PORTFOLIO SETTINGS. For example, if you want your images to be square, the ratio should be 1. Note that, after modifying the ratio, you have to regenerate your thumbnails using, Regenerate Thumbnail plugin.

You can use the CSS code below to set the height of the mobile menu and fix the issue -

}

You have to paste the code in the custom CSS section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

The option to adjust the height / thickness of the menu icon is also present in the options panel under OSHINE OPTIONS > MOBILE MENU SETTINGS.

Kindly ensure that following -

1. You have provided the Page Title.

2. If you have chosen the Page Template as PORTFOLIO or GALLERY, you need to enable the option SHOW INFORMATION BOX in the respective metabox to be able to edit the content in TATSU.

Yes i already did that but then the only space i can edit is a pop up menu at the right side of my gallery…but i want to put a new section under the gallery and not as a pop up menu!!!

Apologies the carousel / slider single portfolio styles only support a slide in content area and not text beneath them. What you can do is, create your slider using the Slider Revolution or Master slider plugins included with the theme. Set the Portfolio Style as Single Page Builder, use the slider shortcode inside a SHORTCODES module and then create your text beneath it using a new section.
