A few weeks ago I bought this theme also for a client and i´ve trying to install it but i can´t:
- First i tried to install “For exits Drupal Installation” (for wordpress) and i have the error “not found style.css”.
- Second there is not a aqua.zip file to install.
Can you help me please? Is the theme broken? Could you tell me the steps to install it properly?

Same issue as iris2041. I’ve bought the theme but the menu icon on mobile display does not work.
As I told, I’ve bought the theme some time ago but did not use it untill now. So the support is not valid anymore. However, I’ve bought a broken theme which has to be fixed (as the mobile menu button does not work)
I’m getting really pissed off with your support! I’ve added the question to your support forum because somehow can’t login or make a ticket but you keep NOT solving the issue but constantly pointing out to the ticket system! I don’t want to be sending the question 4 times to all of your service centres because you lack the ability to fix an issue or at give an answer to the problem!

Wordpress updated on my site and one of my pages (services) lost all of its formatting and left me with a big block of text. I know I don’t have support anymore, but was wondering how I can just upload one page from the theme so that I can fix this – instead of having to import the entire theme again.

Uploading a mobile logo doesn’t work, the same logo appears for all devices.

Actually it does appear, but its replacing the logo in the Hamburger menu, not the main logo – is it even possible to change the main logo?

Hello jwsthemes, removing the cart is not working and the theme does not look like it have custom fields plugin to edit the forms, just want to add phone number to the fields and place the book now button centered in the bottom of the form

I was able to remove the cart, but if I resize the browser or set to mobile view, the cart appear. I also made sure removing all the mini cart from the the widget sidebars.
I am using the one page demo.

Many thanks I have sorted it now. Without a category it shows nothing, seems to need a category selection.
There is no option to install Demo Content after installing the theme. There is no option in Theme Options > Import (it says go to Tools > Demo Content Install).
But there is no option in Tools > Demo Content Install.
How do I install the demo content in Aqua?

I need to change menu color to a single flat color. I use “Header 5 Layout” and i’ve tested this custom CSS:

but it leaves a square white background after last menu item: how can i fix it?

I’m a novice having trouble uploading header image as the it is expecting it to be 0 pixels high, see message below:
While you can crop images to your liking after clicking Add new image, your theme recommends a header height of 0 pixels.
How can I work around this issue
