Revolution Slider needs the updated version of 5.4.6.1. right now I cannot edit or duplicate slides. Other sites where I use a different theme and rev 5.4.6.1, everything works again.

we use 5.4.5.1 version and everything works fine. Therefore, if you can not edit/duplicate slides, please disable all other 3rd party plugins and check if this helps but we will be updating slider to its latest version soon when we finish tests.

Do you have older version of the plugin for me to download and use until you release 5.4.6.1?
I only updated to 5.4.6 because the theme showed you released the update.
There is 5.4.6.2 version of Slider Revolution included actually so you should see this update under BeTheme > Install Plugins section.
Still can’t edit existing slides or duplicate them. It appears to be just with sites I’ve used Betheme as the parent theme. It only started happening once updating to Slider Revolution 5.4.6
Actually, it appears to be with sites using Betheme 20.6.3 and Slider Revolution 5.4.6 or later. I’m running one site at Betheme 20.6.2 and Slider Revolution 5.4.6.2 and can still edit slides. I’m also running one at Betheme 20.6.3 and Slider Revolution 5.4.5.1 and can still edit slides. I hope this helps find a solution
It appears to be with the site deferring javascript in it’s functions.php file. The latest update confilcts and I will remove the deferring javascript snippet. Thanks
Please do the following:
- disable all 3rd party plugins and check - if above won’t help, please switch to any default WP theme like Twenty Seventeen and check if slides editing works when default theme is active - if above won’t help as well, please remove all slider files via FTP and upload the newest version once again.

It seems that it has its own color and size and can’t be edited. I’d greatly appreciate it!
I’d also hope to change its font type to different than content, but don’t know how that can be done

the link colors and texts, you can change under BeTheme Options > Colors section. But, if you want to change font type, the font need to be selected under BeTheme Options > Fonts > Family section and when its done, you can change font type with custom css.

Hi, are we allowed to import slider from Themepunch’s slider template library? On your theme’s slider revolution page, I clicked on Add Slider From Template, I got this message: No data could be retrieved from the servers. Please make sure that your website can connect to the themepunch servers.

Yes, I meant sliders created by Themepunch. Are we allowed to download?
If you mean premium sliders, then you can’t because those sliders are only for premium users (those who bought license directly from them and registered plugin).

Please kindly look at: https://www.auspicious.asia – The wordings “Betheme Herbal”, “17 fully natural ingredients in 1 wrap”, and the herbs header image to the right. There is no way to edit them directly on “Edit Page” option currently, and there doesn’t seem to be other methods in Theme Options.
I think Muffin Group’s own theme would be a better reference – “Herbal”: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/herbal/
Dear Muffin Group team, I’ve finally found the way to edit it. It’s under Revolution Slider. The issue I’m facing currently is that I can’t prevent text layers from animating. Is there any way where I can stop them from their animations? Currently, the text layers are also disappearing eventually. I want them to stay on the site.
If you look at http://prntscr.com/gy3yyg you will see that text is in the right place and nothing disappears so we do not understand, what exactly disappears on your end.

Ok, so we checked video background in Microsoft Edge and we have noticed that this browser just does not support those types of videos as backgrounds. We tried to use .webm format as well but such videos does not start as well.

Sorry but this is not an issue therefore, there is nothing to be solved. This is additional possibility that we don’t have because in our opinion it does not look good and delay page loading.
