Hello! I’m trying to install the package plugin from the theme but I can’t. The error is: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files. Plugin update failed. I installed all the WPfiles and theme files again but same problem.

Fixed. It seems I have first to deregister the theme on the test domain and register again in the final domain. Thanks

If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. you got this message about “outdated copies” because you did update WooCommerce plugin but you did not done the same with the BeTheme. To use recent version of WooCommerce plugin, you need to have recent version of the theme as well. Therefore, please remove all theme files (whole /betheme/ folder) via FTP, download the newest version and then upload the newest betheme folder instead. A lot of things has changed in recent WooCommerce version and that’s why it is so important to remove all theme files from FTP first.

I see the latest theme update has much lighter child theme and parent theme and now has one click update. This is a great relief as we have not been able to update the child theme and parent theme since 6 months we purchased.
How do I update our existing parent theme and child theme to these new updates released so can commence using the one-click to update the child and parent themes.

Now I have uploaded the latest theme vial FileZilla. What is next thing to do? I can’ see exact steps to follow in forum. The child theme is currently active on our site. How do I use latest theme to update the existing parent and child themes? Thank you
Child team is Version: 11.5.1494452216
All you need to do is remove old theme folder and upload the newest one instead. That’s all you need to do via FTP.

Now we have these error response on Themes menu

The following themes are installed but incomplete. For the child theme it says – The parent theme is missing. Please install the “betheme” parent theme.
For the new 20 theme installed it says – Stylesheet is missing
When 20 theme was activated wp-admin was no longer accessible and front end website lost all customisations.
Now we reverted to 17.8.3 and dashboard and website are restored.
Help please.
You got this error about “stylesheet is missing” because you are trying to install wrong package. The theme file you supposed to install is betheme.zip

Ok, got it. So to remove both, you need to use the css below:
#Wrapper { box-shadow: 0 0 0 0 !important; }
#Subheader::after { background: none !important; }
Why when I use this class:
.white { color: white !important; }
it only effects my (p) paragraph text. I need it to override all my (H) heading text styling too.
I simply need to be able to change all text colour to white when it appears on coloured/darker backgrounds.
It’s driving me insane.

to override all heading colors, you need to probably use the css below:
.white H1, .white H2, .white H3, .white H4, .white H5, .white H6 { color: #FFF !important; }
Probably, means that we are not sure for which element you set white class.

The default styles in the Tuning Theme are not correctly…blockquote has no quotation marks, and white outline buttons on hover brings white background and light grey font…am I doing something wrong? The button might not be that big problem. But the blockquote shortcode without quotation marks is bad because if I need to style and fix some elements myself I could have bought another theme. Can you help how to fix it please?
...and a second question: Can Muffin Builder only be set to invisible or be completely disabled?

1. You probably set Simple style instead of Default under BeTheme Options > Global > General section and that’s why style is different.
2. Sure, you can disable Muffin Builder under BeTheme Options > Global > Advanced > Layout section.

Portfolio Slider item exists as full width item only and if you want to check how it looks like when smaller, just put full width item into 3/4 width WRAP element.

Hi, there seems to be 2 contact forms which appear at the bottom of the page on the BeMassage theme: https://www.prosperoils.com/. I have just installed it, so there hasn’t been any special editing done to make them appear. These 2 contact forms don’t currently show on the BeMassage theme preview as well. May I know how I can edit them?

It seems that all the Fonts > Size & Style settings are set right, and are showing as regular. However, on the front end all Content seems to remain italicized. Will need help with this!
It also seems that I can’t edit Font Colors under Fonts > Colors. The theme seems to have its own settings, and the Theme Options functionality doesn’t seem to be working…
An example of a Font Color that doesn’t follow on theme is the icon content color. Even though it’s set to dark black, it’s still showing as light grey.
