I really like this theme, however I can’t get past the terrible page load speeds. Is there any plans to address this in the future? If not, i’m definately going to have to pass on this. There’s no point in having a epic looking site if nobody hangs around to view it. Hi! Other themes have worse scores. Shopify doesnt allow change server settings. Shopify is a cloud service, we cant influence on it. Use less of content with bad images quality, min css, min js and you will receive best parameters.
how do i Generating an Access Token for Instagram? the instruction very not clear. other theme they just link me to generating page, you instruction told to read a page on instagram is for developer, how do i generate my token?

We have only default method, but there no care what service to use. If some online page generates access token for user link then you can use it and paste code directly in Seiko theme instagram settings
i can’t get the token to paste in your theme. the instruction for how to get the token of your instruction it’s not clear. normally when you edit in a theme there a link direct me to the token making page i can just click and generate the token and paste in the theme. But i can’t do it in your theme. you have section at your homepage which can show instagram pictures, but i couldn’t get my token from your theme.
Token key cannot be taken from our theme any way. Instagram widget is 3rd part extension. Send please ticket from our ticket system and our developers will explain you what to do.
Thanks, I did sent a ticket of your support system. the header default, is on top of the slider, it will cover the top of the slider. how can you set the slider under the nav then the nav won’t cover part of the slider? or i could say there is no gap from the top to the nav?

Hi! It is common mistake. You can find in package zip (that you have downloaded from Themeforest) folder Theme Files with right theme zip (it you have to upload)

Hello. On the collection page, if I have 2 or more variants of a product the Add To Cart Button changes to Select Options. How do I set it to default Add To Cart? I do not want the Select Options button on the collection page.

Hi! Our developer can assign first available product for add to cart instead of select options. But you have to extend support in TF. Your free support time is expired.
Not interested in paying for more support. This should be an easy fix as I have edited the whole theme my self. Just need some guidance as to what class to call when there are two variants in a product. Already paid for support when I bought the theme and another 50usd for another fix. Not interested in dishing out more for this.
I am manager, not developer. Developers are placed only in ticket system. Ticket system allowes to write ticket if you paste purchase code. Purchase code is being verified for support time of theme (that was described when you had bought theme). We made for 59$ (theme + half year of free support for everyone) all that we could to make. For all other questions that out of free support i have to hire developer’s time for rate with 25$/hour Technical questions can help only developers. Sorry for inconvenience.

Hi! No, you have to change your own custom.css that we made specially for custom works. You can change in admin only colors and headings Font. We did not allow change fonts and sizes in admin panel, because sometimes it badly affects on view mobile/desctop.

Answer from Shopify expert: The option that is most common for merchant is to use an app that will allow them to translate their storefront into multiple languages. Perhaps the most popular app of this sort is Langify (https://apps.shopify.com/langify) however these days there are quite a few available that do this job, as you can see here: https://apps.shopify.com/search/query?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=language

Hi! Shopify doesnt allow to change checkout page. Checkout view files are absent in theme, it is cloud page that can’t be modified by us. You have to sent requests only to shopify experts.
