Sorry I get the error “The package could not be downloaded.” and the license is active. How can I install the new demo on the domain and pass this error?

I wanted to had a Better Business Bureau logo added to the social media icons. How do I do that? It made it more difficult as font awesome doesn’t have that logo icon.

what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:
Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting the author to see if they privately offer paid customisation services or checking out the great service providers on Envato Studio.
So we are very sorry but we can not do make any exceptions.
P.S. The files responsible for social icons are header.php and footer.php.

I have already purchased 2 licenses and am about to purchase a 3rd and 4th. I want to use your theme for a project that requires I either use a third party listing plugin, or to create a page template with a custom form to fill in the variables. My question is if you have any recommendations on either of those solutions, or another solution? Are there any listing plugins you’ve found that have been compatible with your theme? Are there any plugins you’ve found that have worked well with your theme to create new pages with a custom template and add values with a form?

we did never used such plugin so we can not recommend any but any plugin that is written in accordance to WP API, should be fine.

Since it took me some time to find the answer, I just wanted to share that I used the custom css:
.woocommerce-page #Footer .widgets_wrapper { display: none !important; }
to remove the widgets in the footer area from all Woocommerce pages (shop, products, cart, and so on), while keeping the copyright info. You could also use ”.archive” instead of ”.woocommerce-page” to remove the widgets only from the shop page, or ”.single-product” to remove them from the products pages.
I’m new to trying custom css on my own, but I don’t think this will have a negative effect on my website. Could you confirm this for me,muffingroup?

Hi guys…Wanna but this, but I noticed your gallery lightbox does not switch through the pictures, but instead keeps the loop on the one opened in the first place. Was this done on purpose/is there any way to allow it go through the whole set?

Hi, I just made a theme update and now Slider Revolution is not working anymore. It says i”update Required” and when trying to update it says “The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files.” Is there a problem with the download BeTheme package?

Thank you for your help. I was able to solve the problem. On my development site, I still had a previous version of BeTheme installed and there I was able to update slider revolution. then I copied the plugin file via filezilla on the live site server to overwrite the plugin. And it worked. Thanks again.

What is jQuery filtering? Is it where you click and then it sorts? We have the masonry enabled, but not the jQuery filtering and it does this anyway, so were just wondering

according to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

I love his thema. I have to make a page and wanted to know if they know any plugin that is compatible with Betheme to manage the rental of a farmhouse. Taking into account a calendar of reservations. Type of seasons (high, low, ...). Bone, everything you need for hotel reservations. In this case it would be a complete house. I really liked “Small Guest House”. To give you an idea of what I need. I would appreciate your help. Grateful.

Please notice that the larger images you upload, the slower your website would be. Therefore, it is important to keep the pressure on when uploading images.

this happens because WordPress removes tags like span from page title by default. So, to make it two colors, please go to page editing and wrap OUR STUDIO text into same span tag you mentioned above.

Regarding SEO, as far as we knows, it is not a good habit to add span inside headings but we did not noticed any issues. However, this is the only way to make part of the text in subheader, different color.

yes, all pre-built websites (right now over 280 of them) you can easily install on your site but please notice that all are built with Muffin Builder tool because it’s much lighter, faster and easier in use. However, if you want to use VC plugin instead, then you need to build them from scratch.
