hey guys i am using the essential grid plugin for my staff page and up to this point it has worked great. i just added a new person and she is showing up on the essential grid backend area but not the page i have the staff displayed. any ideas on how to get that up?

Hey there- I’m happy to renew my support if I need to but I’m using your theme for a client’s site and we launched about 10 months ago. We have experienced issues from the beginning with slow loading and really jumpy/glitchy pages. It’s just not a smooth site. from version 20 of the BeTheme, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

Sorry for any confusion, but my question was not regarding plugins, it was specifically regarding the revolution demo slider for the writer theme that’s used in the example. It’s not present in the demo content for sliders provided in the installable file and the folders. I have the correct purchase code to my knowledge. Let me know if I missed something.
Sorry, we thought that you mean the slider of one of our pre-built websites – BeWriter. However, the slider you are talking about is for premium users of Slider Revolution plugin only and you will not be able to download it, until you won’t get an extra license from plugin’s author unfortunately.

This slider like any other is included into theme and could be easily imported from BeTheme Options > Pre-built websites section. For more details about this process, please watch this video.

I already solved this problem by editing the cart.php direct from wp-content\themes\betheme\woocommerce\cart. I Would like to have acess to your answer on forum, not to ask, only to read. It’s help us to solve our problems more fast. tks

Hi,
I’m using the Journalist template and using masonary tiles blog layout. However, whenever I change the featured image to one I’ve uploaded myself, the blog post disappears in the home page even when “show all” is selected. Whenever I change the featured image back to one that came with the theme, it works again.
I’ve already tried forcing regenerate thumbnails.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
