Dear Support team, We are having some troubles loading the Tatsu page build. It simply won’t load. I’ve gone through the forum, and can confirm the user that is being used have ‘Administrator’ role. However, this user was previously ‘Editor’, and only later has become an Administrator. Do you have any idea how can I solve this?

Sorry, just an update. It seems that none of the users, on every machine, all browsers, just are unable to load the builder. So we are currently stack, and can’t update our pages. We will be happy to get any idea.

The issue could occur if the Rest API is not accessible and the htaccess file is not writable. I think that it is either a permissions issue or a permalink issue ( htaccess file non writable ) . So as a first measure lets fix htaccess file permissions and see if that resolves the issue. Kindly contact your hosting provider to make the htaccess file writable and we will see if TATSU starts loading.

Hi – I tried importing everything from two different themes now, and each one didn’t function the way the demo looked. For example, I deleted all the pages labeled with the other versions I had imported, and imported everything from v7 – and the main page has the picture from the “v7 about me” page smack over the top of the landscape picture. The example pages also appear to be uneditable in Tatsu or the wordpress editor – the contents are not highlightable/selectable, although it seems I can edit sections below the example images/buttons. I uploaded different pictures for header image on v22, published, and there is no change when I refresh and visit the page.

Hi Swami, my site is down and not sure why. I have updated wordpress and updated the latest version of theme. Then updated plugins and getting this error message: Warning: sprintf(): Too few arguments in /home/jodykingzettart/jodykingzettart.com/wp-admin/includes/class-bulk-upgrader-skin.php on line 150 for all the Oshine Core (1/3), Oshine Modules (2/3) and Plugin Tatsu (3/3). Please get back to asap to explain what has gone on. I may be forced to use another theme if I can’t rectify this… which is not really what I want to do. Thanks for your help.

It is likely that the issue with selecting the menu item in your site is due to the Custom Font that is used for Navigation Menu. The issue does not occur in all browsers versions. while we are looking for a fix to this solution, you can use an alternative Font to have the issue fixed in your site. Montserrat font is a near equivalent to the custom font used in v20. Kindly navigate to Oshine options > typography >Main navigation menu to change the typography setting.

I can’t get Oshine Core to activate.
Also, the header is blue and is too far (it extends down too far and has title text). I was hoping it would look like the header in the demo but it doesn’t at all. It’s really ugly.

Basically you are either trying to install using the wrong zip file ( you need to upload using the oshine.zip file after extracting the master package – All Files & Documentation that you downloaded from themeforest ) or the file upload size limit in your server is less than the file size of the theme. You can contact your hosting provider who can easily increase the upload limit to 30MB. Increasing the update limit and upload the right zip file will resolve your issue. If you require further assistance please reach out to help@brandexponents.com and we can even install the theme for you.

HTML code should be added in the TEXT BLOCK using the text mode. The option to switch modes is present in the top right corner of the Tiny MCE editor in the text block module. Hello! I installed the Oshine theme and I’m absolutely loving it! Everything was perfect except for the logo that was a little blurred. After an intense search, I found the solution and uploaded an .svg file for the logo. The logo is now perfect!
BUT, now the menu is not aligning to the center of the menu (in height). The logo appears in the correct spot but the menu is higher! Can someone help? I’ll leave my website in case you need to check it out.

It’s incredibly frustrating to go through the process of updating a nonexisting theme update. Please make sure to not confuse your existing customers this way again in the future. It is misleading to receive an email about this update when there is none. It is also misleading to name the last update with a wrong date. We understand the need to promote your theme. But our time has value.

Yes we understand your stand and agree that change in date was confusing. However, the option to update the code files as well as the item preview image is combined together in Themeforest and the theme authors, unfortunately, do not have an alternative to update the preview image. It is automated that the date changes once a file is uploaded for update, even if it is just the preview image. Although, we do not update the graphics very often, It was essential for us to update the thumbnail at this time to reflect the sale price. Going forward, kindly refer to the change log in the theme package prior to updating the theme. Apologies about the inconvenience.

Hello, I have updated from 5.0.3 to 6.0.3 and the portfolio thumbnails have separate apart. when I make hover, The dark rectangle is bigger than the photo. I have check that Portfolio Images Aspect Ratio is ok, as it was before and I have also regenerated thumbnails without success. You can see it here: http://www.adibilbao.es/proyectos/

Hi. Think there is a problem with WP 4.9 and Oshine. After updating WP to 4.9 my tabs on oshine options (General settings, Logo, ...) are showing only empty views.
Edit: The Problem ist the language setting in WP.

You can use the LIKE button option present in the Gallery / Module in combination with the PASSWORD PROTECTED feature to implement photo proofing using the theme. You can password protect the page in which you have added the gallery and instruct your buyers to ‘click’ option ‘like’ (heart) icon at the top of the image to choose it. This option is fool proof and we have many of our buyers who use this option. Let me know if you need further assistance on this.

I see that you are having a very old version of the theme. The current version if 6.0.3 while you are having Oshine 4.4. Kindly ensure you have followed all the steps in the knowledgebase article here – http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/migrating-to-oshine-5-0/ to update the theme to the latest version.
Oshine 5x was a major update where we have discontinued the BE Page Builder ( which you need to deactivate after convertion of your posts / pages / portfolios to Tatsu ) and introduced a new front end page builder. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8z4FSMLtWoQ

Although you have the latest version of the theme, you do not seem to have converted your pages to TATSU – our new page builder. Kindly use the converter here – You can find the BE to TATSU convertor in this link here – https://www.dropbox.com/s/j899hw328iiqa4w/be-to-tatsu.zip?dl=0 to convert the pages and also install other plugins required for the latest theme version.
