Hi, I purchased the theme but am having a problem with the WPBakery, everytime I try to edit a row it never loads. It just gets stuck like this:

In my Envato Toolkit, Betheme update is available. I click on update automatically and nothing happens (empty screen). I try to do the same in the new tab — without a result. I was checking in others browsers — still nothing. How can I update theme in another way?

I’m being told to update the plugins which have now been disabled in BeTheme.
The website is now broken and looks absolutely awful! Change this code, out of date plugins should not result in fundamental design changes to the site by disabling Revolution Slider!!!
When I attempt to update the plugins I’m told there is an empty package and there is nothing to download!
This is ridiculous!

I have some issues on my website.
Just want to ask if the theme is compatible with polylang for translations.
i’m using this plugin to have 2 lang but when sorting portfolio items, they dont sort as i want.
Im also using Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order to do this.
But with no luck 
Any suggestions? Is this some kind of plugin incompatibility or something?
Also, i have 2 items that are translated but dont appear in the 2nd language grid…

we did never tested this plugin with BeTheme so we don’t know if it works. The only multi language plugin we’ve tested is WPML and this one is compatible.

We’ve updated the theme to v20.7.5 today and at the same time updated to WP 4.9.1. Since this update, the colour scheme has changed on the website to the standard Blue theme. We were previously using the ‘One Color Skin’ and set this to the same colour as the logo, but it keeps reverting back to the standard blue. Some of the heading fonts have also changed.
Sorry, scrap that. I’ve just worked out the problem. The max_input_vars was not set to ‘5000’ on my PHP config.

hey I can no longer update my layer slider I only can get visual composer updates this is what I see….
