Hi,
I am using web 2.0 directory listing CPT inside block elements. There are two problems I am facing, one is that there is not link to CPT single page and other is that I am not able to filter CPT using CPT categories. Please let me know if there is any way to use CPT categories filter.

The theme can show cpt in blocks but you cannot filter the blocks by the cpt custom taxonomy. Sorry. The theme has no options for advanced cpt filters.

edit: Also about the page builder you have in the theme. Do i need to use that for every post like for visual composer. I want to be able to use clean wordpress editor and get the look and feel as in the example URL. Thanks!

Our theme and demos are built using our own tagdiv composer page builder. Please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ You do not have to use visual composer. Can you set up header and area with the big image like on the demo.. If i send an email? It just doesn’t work for me.

The big orange area with the girl is actually a big logo. It must be added from the theme panel under the header section. Also you need to use header style 10. We did not get the email. Please send it again and provide your envato username so we can identify you.

Before we purchase, we would like some more information on how you are able limit what content is available to free/paid users. Depending on how easy it is to limit what free/paid users can see will determine if we purchase the regular vs. extended license.

Unfortunately our theme does not have any such options. You cannot limit the content for different users by default. You can maybe find a plugin that can provide the needed features but I cannot make a recommendation.

Thank you all fixed. It was the cloudflare rocket loader that was causing the problem.
Unfortunately again cannot activate Newspaper, not automatic nor manual, same issue as in July, when I bought my first theme. Message: Manual activation failed, check each field and try again. 
I sent you already an email to fix it like last time you did… you got magic hands in that… 
Btw my host opened the API connection and it did not fix it.
Great, now after several times trying, my host told me the API works from your side, but my key is not valid anymore, wth….?? I bought this key with BlackFriday Sales and today I used it for the first time!!! Why is this such a hassle?

Some of my vertical images are getting stretched in posts. They are larger than even the original size, so they become blurry. I’ve resized these images to be smaller than the width of the page but they continue to stretch.

Our theme does not resize images. Our theme only crops images. Please remove any image optimization tools or plugins you might have installed.

Just upgraded and love the new options in page builder, the only problem is I can not edit the text in some areas. For example in the Hero element, i have the following first options in the right column.
Title text (Blank no text box to write/edit) Title tag (SEO) (OK dropdown options) Title size (OK dropdown options)
Description (Blank no text box to write/edit) Image (Blank, not sure what would be in this part) Image (OK – “remove” link and icon image)
Further down the Button Text is ok and I can modify them.
Other Elements are the same, some parts do not have the box to modify the text.
Is this something isolated to my machine? Or others have experienced this?
I tried exiting page builder and directly editing the text in the code (on the normal WordPress page edit section) but the text seems to have some encoding so does not work if I edit in there.
Great new awesome elements, just trying to figure out how to use them.

After uptading Newpaper 8.2 to newspaper 8.5, i have a problem :
wp booster error: The path /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/newspapper/wp-content/themes/cgem/parts/footer/td_sub_footer_template_1.php of the template id: td_sub_footer_template_1 not found. /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/newspapper/wp-content/themes/cgem/includes/wp_booster/td_api.php
The td_sub_footer_template_1.php file is not in the folders.

It seems yoou have a file missing from your install. Please reinstall your theme properly and make sure you replace all the files. Use the wordpress method of updating the theme and delete and install the theme via the wordpress back-end: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Thanks for your answer but the file td_sub_footer_template_1.php is not found in any folder, neither in the new version 8.5. I’ve reinstalled it 3 times and nothing. The plugin for updating does not work either.
