Why do I not have an update? Themeforest advertises AVADA is 5.3 – The most exciting update in 2017. In my downloads I have a checked checkbox saying email me if there is an update. No emails to date. On the dashboard of my website it says AVADA is version 5.1.6 and there is nothing saying there is an update available. Please advise. It has started to act strangely – not letting me save changes to tabbed content… I’m getting worried. Please advise.

Hello,
I created a couple support tickets this weekend and got email confirmations of them when they were submitted. Usually I hear back from you within a day and I haven’t heard back from you.
When I logged into the support desk they are showing in my ticket history and none of my previous tickets are showing there as well. I’m meeting with my client tomorrow so I really hope you received my requests.

Hi there,
When you try to size a custom icon on (flip boxes, or content boxes), it wont work, the icon it always appear as 35px by default, and its not possible to changing it by css either. (the elements tell you not to use “px”, i tried both with and without “px”) so its a problem of your pagebuilder.
I also tried editing de /wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/shortcodes/fusion-flip-boxes.php replacing all the 35px default by 70. Does not work either.
I cant find the file from which is reading that 35px default.
You should fix your pagebuilder, or atleast give a workaround meanwhile you work on the fix.

Are you running the latest version of Avada, version 5.3.1? There is not an issue with setting the size of the icon on content boxes or flip boxes, they are working as expected

Are you running any cache? If you are, purge the cache and test that again. No single instance of this being a problem has been reported in our support

Hi, I need to edit the My Account template but I can’t locate it anywhere! I’ve googled for answers but no luck. There used to be a My-Account template in the theme woocommerce that I’d copied over to the child-theme but later versions didn’t have it (i updated the child theme files too as at that time I hadn’t made any customisations) Where on earth is it hiding now? I’ve checked the Fusion Core and Builder plugins, and also woocommerce plugin template but as it’s the layout and links I need to edit that seemingly doesn’t help. What am I missing here, where is it hiding? Thanks!

That is not something that is controlled by the theme, you need to check Woocommerce docs for how to edit the account endpoints

Hi I have sent in a support ticket days ago and it was not replied yet. There was an email confirming both tickets but the dashboard in your support site shows nothing. I wonder if that is correct? Anyway, my issue is with the fonts – typography. I changed the font sizes in the option page but the blog body fonts remain the same. They are so small. I am using WP 4.9 with Avada 5.3.1 latest, and it is a clean install.
Also could you please advise how to control the sidebar in the front page? How do we assign the layout and which sidebar to appear in the front page only. I only see the blog and page side bar in the options. Thanks!
I have changed the original font size from 13 to 20px, and on the webpage, I check the debug info and the css is showing this: font:13px/20px PTS. I think there is some bugs in your CSS because it is giving the browser 2 options for the font size, one is the default 13px while the 20px is the custom size. I can try to work around this but I would prefer to use your options to change the font size directly.

font: 13px/20px PTSansRegular,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
This is one format for declaring font size and line height, this is not a bug
13px is the font size
20px is the line height

536/5000 Hi, I bought this theme because one of my clients had it on their website and as it gave problems to make changes, I thought it was because it was outdated. The problem is that we bought the new license, we update and we still have the same failure. We want to change the footer color of the page, but in the Fusion Builder menu, you only see the options on the left menu, but when you select footer stilyng, you do not see anything on the right side. Please, can you help me figure out what the problem would be?
