Revolution slider is not allowing me to edit attributes to slides – everything is greyed out. I’ve restarted my computer, browser, reimported slide data for the theme, tried template slider, and tried making from scratch. It looks like I can edit a couple of the more general pulldown attributes on screen right for animation, and I can enter a text block, but it won’t allow me to edit anything else.

After migrating from Page Builder to Tatsu there is a 40px white border between my portfolio thumbs on my portfolio page (http://www.eenzwemvijver.be/realisaties/).
I don’t know how to get rid of this.

Looks like we have guided you incorrectly, in the first place. Apologies about that. Since the Icons used in the Photoswipe lightbox are loaded as SVG image, you have to create a new image and change the image source using custom css, to be able to change the color of the icons.

How can I have a slideshow with pictures that fade in, rather than slide, like in v22 photography, but where homescreen can still scroll down?
And also, for when I am doing a horizontal slider as a slideshow (autoplay enabled), how can I speed up the very last part? The pictures start out at a good speed, but they become excruciatingly slow at about the last seventh of its journey to finally fill the screen.

hi since my purchase, i don’t seem to be able to update the theme. The notified link drives me to an empty page. any solution?
We have not enabled the automatic updates for Oshine 6x because there are a lot of new features included with this version and we wanted to roll it out to our new customers and check the stability prior to enabling automatic updates to existing customers. We did not want to disturb any existing websites by enabling the automatic update. For any feature addition, major bug fixes we will definitely enable the auto update and you can be rest assured that you will receive all update notification.
That said, we have tested this version thoroughly at our end and you can definitely update it, by following METHOD 2 in this link – http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/update-theme/ to update the theme. Kindly ensure that you back you data and options panel settings as mentioned in the link above.

New question – I’ve loaded up images on a v1 template, and am attempting to use the enable slideshow feature (still wondering if it is possible to recreate the fade-in effect of v22, but still be able to have a homepage that can scroll down, like in v1)—but meanwhile, it seems the slides start moving into position at a decent rate (I put the transition time at “1” – the lowest value I could – but at the end they slow down to an extremely slow crawl until they are finally in place. I like that there is a change of rate, so it doesn’t look so mechanical, but the speed by the end is excruciatingly slow. Any ideas of why or how to mitigate that? Thanks!

And I’ve also run into other little issues: 1) on the ‘Contact’ page, on mobile, the background is not full-page, there is a blank white space, and I don’t really know hot to remove it. 2) on the ‘About me’ page, on various desktops, I can’t make the section and the image on the left be at the same height 3) for my Gallery, I used the Justified Gallery, available in Tatsu. I’ve managed to arrange the pics to look really good, For the last couple of days, it looks like the justified gallery is now on two coloums, regardless the order of the pics, with some exceptions. Also, the portrait mode pics, are centered, instead of resized to fit the ‘height’.

Hi Oana,
1. The slider is created using Slider Revolution Plugin. Kindly navigate to SLIDER REVOLUTION screen and you can find the option to edit the individual slides, which you can use to edit the BG and upload the Image from media library.
2. You can increase the height of the section, by increasing the Top and Bottom padding values for that section. It is currently 90, setting it to 200px will fix the issue and the white space will not be present.
3. To get the Section to be the height of the Screen, you need to enable the FULL SCREEN SECTION option. Kindly note that, enabling this value will cut the contents of the section in case it extends beyond the height of the screen.
4. Kindly email your URL, wp-admin id and password using the contact form in the support tab, so we can investigate the issue with Justified Gallery

Hi, can someone give me a screen shot or more specific description of where to find the “enable slide show” in Tatsu. I found it mentioned in an older comment, but I’ve added a slider module and put 3 images in it, but no option appears when I click on the little upper right hand icon in the Tatsu panel.
(The old comment reads as: You have option to enable Slide Show on the Content Slider module. Select the Content Slider module in your page and click on the settings icon in the top right corner in TATSU panel to find the option to Enable Slide Show on the Slider.)

What is the best approach to have fullscreen pictures fading in, like the top of v22 homepage, but also be able to scroll down the homepage like in v1 or v8?
With that in mind, what would you advise if I were also hoping to later substitute those fading in pictures with video, like the homepage of v20? (I read in other comments that v20 was not built with a slider, and am hoping what I try to make now will not have to be completely built again from scratch if I want to have video in that spot later)

I see in the box on the right “Software Version WordPress 4.8.x”, is Oshine compatible with WordPress 4.9.x and supported?
The theme is compatible with wordpress 4.9.1 which is the latest release. We didn’t release that the box wasn’t updated. Thanks for letting us know. We have updated it now.

Hi Erneeraq,
Open up a new page in Tatsu, add a Clients module and create it to your liking. Click on the module in the right panel to select and then press CTRL + C in windows or CMD + C in a mac to copy the shortcode. Subsquently you can paste the shortcode anywhere using CTRL + V or CMD + V. I wouldn’t recommend using the clients module in the top header bar as I am really not sure how the output would be. The area wasn’t meant for such type of content. However you are welcome to give it a try.

You can add the Client Module in the header by copying (cmd + C) and pasting (cmd + V) it the Header Widget area under OSHINE OPTIONS > TOP HEADER SETTINGS > HEADER WIDGET AREA. However the alignment of the site could get disrupted as the Client module will occupy a large space that what is expected in a widget area.

Hi! I am using Oshine Version: 6.0.3 and having some issues with the customization options menu. I want to hide the post titles on the post page. I also want to hide the author, comments, and category descriptions under the blog posts. Also, I do not what the featured image to show on the post page, I only want it to show as a thumbnail on the blog list.

Hi, The CSS above did not remove the box with the date inside from my post page, It still shows up the post.
Also, I’ve noticed that the menu logos etc that I’ve uploaded are all increased in size from the original upload. This makes my images/logos look pixelated on my website. How do I go about correcting this?
