Unfortunately at the moment you receive a refund you cannot access support services again, in case we can reply your questions here if are not about specific support. No sorry the Frontend Builder will come in next updates and actually it’s not possible to activate it (some of the most famous creative themes like Uncode use a tailored and extended version of VC but this is only backend). Hi iamhugo, yes you can use this plugin, since this plugin works with the original WordPress formats if you want to use combined with the Adaptive Images please set Settings > EWWW Image Optimizer > Advanced Settings > Folders to optimize and insert the full server path to this folder (this is just an example) /var/www/html/uncode/wp-content/uploads/.
