After installing 8.5.1 update in the Multi-Purpose section in the theme panel I have the following errors:

I just noticed that the upload buttons won’t work in the Theme Panel in all 8 version of the theme although they worked fine on version 7 (I tried with IE, Firefox and Chrome). Thanks
The multi purpose plug in is giving lots of problems again on the theme panel – when disabled all works fine

Please also update the multi-purpose plugin as it will not update along with the theme. Disable and delete the plugin you have active now and then install it again from the theme panel-> plugins section. This should fix all problems. Make sure you clear all caching and purge cdn files afterwards.

Hello Is there an option to set sticky menu same size as main menu ( in desktop mode). Right now when i scroll page down sticky menu height gets smaller than main menu.

Hello, Sorry but our theme does not have an option to sort the categories in a different way. You can either try a plugin for category sorting (or taxonomy sort/order) Or you can customize the theme code and order the categoryes by their slug. Just add this order in td_block_mega_menu.php:

Great looking themes. Pre-sale question if you can. Yes, you can change demos at any time. All the demos are available free of charge in our theme and there is no limit for how many times a demo can be installed or uninstalled. The top menu font can be changed along with many other fonts.

1. Sorry but our theme login only requires a username and email. This is the default WordPress register. If you need advanced controls you will have to use a plugin for registration forms.
2. For the moment our theme does not have a Facebook or other social registration functionality but it is on our list and we have just started working on adding a social login feature for future updates as well as new other features.

Sorry but for the moment there is no plugin that can tie into our own custom ligin form. A login plugin will provide it;s own login form. I cannot provide a specific plugin name as we have not tested any to recommend.

The new update 8.5 looks wonderful. We already did update our newspaper site. Everything looks fine so far. We have been wishing a wider site all the time for our news. Is there a wider designer newpaper layout that we can take a look? We are trying to find out how to update our Grids and Blocks with a wider one.

Hey Bogdan! Thank you for your answer. We actually saw that it does effects (makes wider) the Block Shortcodes but it will not make Grid’s (Grid shortcodes) wider. Is that a bug or it is the way right now. Page doesnt look good when only blocks are wider.

solved.. your new multi purpose plugin makes the problem. i removed it.
I get an error 500 on: /wp-content/themes/Newspaper/ in webmaster from Google. Can you fix this error in the theme? Because this should never happen in a theme of wordpress.

That’s not the fix and we both know it! The error is because you don’t redirect your wp-content to the main site. This is an error on your coding!

If it was a coding error, everyone would have received the error even us. As you can imagine the theme was properly tested before release and no errors were returned. This is a server config issue you have on your site and does not affect all users as would a theme error as you mention. Check your install and your htaccess and your file permissions.
