Hello, I have not long purchased this theme. Which is an incredible theme. I have gone to go and install the demo data. but it has come back and said “Can not get domain name.” is there any reason for this?

Hi guys, Imported the “Store” demo but the menu (the reason why I wanted to use this theme) is smaller than in the demo on your site. The demo on your site shows a picture in the menu dropdown but the imported menu is just a regular drop down. Am I missing something? Thanks

you probably forgot to enable Mega Menu for the menu under Appearance > Menus. section. More details about Mega Menu activation, you can find in the documentation.

Nevermind. Figured it out. A background image needed to be set for the Mega Menu and didn’t get pulled in on the template install.

Just purchased, registered, went to install demo, but it requires plugins WHICH WILL NOT INSTALL.
Created a support ticket two days ago and no answer. SAD.

Hi, muffin builder doesn’t seem to be working. Any changes I make on the backend won’t load on the actual site. Once I save my changes on the backend and hit publish they disappear, especially any changes to the lower sections. I have tried updating the theme as well as wordpress and the necessary plugins. The site is http://extraplack.com/new-site/home-blue/ . Please look into it, something beyond my reach is wrong and I’m a recurrent buyer of the theme.

Hi,
I have set up some buttons with anchor links in one of my pages, after clicking on one of those buttons it takes you to the desired section the problem is that when I scroll up to top of the page it seems that some sections are overlapping others resulting in some images covering text.

How to make a different subheader background image?
Hi,
yes, it is possible but you need to use custom css as following:
.category-tech-issue #Subheader { background-image: url('PATH-TO-BACKGROUND') !important; }
For other categories, you need to use same css as above but need to replace tech-issue category name.

Hey guys! I’ve moved my website in other folder in same hosting and changed the domain name, the new version of the webpage is using Betheme. The theme is registered correctly. Before (web page worked good): www.optimice.com.pe/audit/ Now (web with errors): www.optimice.com.pe
I’ve update the links of the pages on database. The home page works correctly but I getting 500 Internal Server Error when I try open any page from menu.
“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
From admin panel I can see all pages, but I getting error on preview changes option. I’ve created a new page, it works good but when I use import and export option from Muffin Builder this new page show the same error after press Preview button. I hope you can helpme.

Hello, you have a favicon problem. Change it from admin but your favicon appears. Besides, css differs, it’s not the same. It should be the same on a demo theme installed.
I met a lot of css problems. Check yourself, do tests, do not wait users feedback.

Im very interested in your theme, but one question I have is with the menu when placed at the bottom of the screen. In all the demos I can see, it is located below the fold. Is it possible to have it at the bottom of the screen when it loads, but not have to scroll down to see it?
