Hi, have the requirements changed to Tatsu ver. 2.3? The previous version worked flawlessly.

At the Oshin Service status- tab:

SUHOSIN: Your server does not have SUHOSIN installed.

Is the only error message that I have. The PHP version is 7. Everything worked perfectly before updating. I’m now running the backup again with versions 6.0.1 from Oshine and Tatsu 2.1.1 without any problems whatsoever.

This is not a bug in the theme. Its just a matter of your server not supporting a functionality available in PHP. The said functionality is said to be compatible from php version 5.3 so there isn’t a change on that front. We will release a patch asap, with a workaround for servers that don’t support this. All the servers in which we tested have this functionality available by default.

We changed the site back to Tatsu 2.1.1 and Oshine 5.0.5 and everything works again. Seems like a bug in the software update that caused the blank pages. We will wait until the patch is released before trying another update.

Apologies, the SHARE feature included with the theme is available only for the Blog Post / Portfolio Post. You can, however use a 3rd party plugin to enable Share option in other pages in your site.

Thank you for your compliment. I am glad you like the theme. Unfortunately there isn’t an option to add animation on Section BG. You can add animation only on individual modules. If you want to add animation or create a slide show of images, you can use the Masterslider or Slider revolution plugin that is included with the theme.

Thank you for your kind words. I am glad you like the theme. If you are using Lightbox Type as Magnific Pop up, the caption to the Image can be added as the Title of the Image , by editing the Image in Media Library. This will show up as Image Title beneath the image in the center.

This looks like a permission issue in your server. Could you kindly share your wordpress admin and FTP access to help@brandexponents.com, so that we can check as to which plugin is causing this error and then install it for you. All the included plugins, reside in your own server and it is weird that your server is blocking connection to its own. Otherwise the issue could be for installing the Contact Form 7 plugin, which is actually a free plugin in the wordpress repository, in which case the connect to wordpress.org is being blocked. Again your server shouldn’t be blocking access to wordpress servers as that’s where you will get updates to wordpress core, download plugins etc.

. . . or how to select lightbox feature for a portfolio that I added by using a module in Tatsu? I see the example page on how to make a portfolio page, with the idea that a thumbnail image is what you ultimately click on in the site to bring up the lightbox . . . but how do I get that particular thumbnail image onto a page once I create a portfolio post? On the other hand, when I add a portfolio module with Tatsu onto a specific page, I don’t see any portfolio settings section when I go to look at that same page using wordpress page editor.
