URGENT!!! You guys want me to disable mod_security but my site sits on a shared server and this cannot be done. Just called BlueHost and this is not possible for my account. I need this to be fixed ASAP. How can we make this happen now? Thanks for your help.

URGENT! After a 2-hour phone call with Bluehost and whitelisting my URL it still didn’t solve the problem. However, I found whats causing the problem of not saving in Tatsu. The page and trying to save has an iFrame and it’s preventing Tatsu from saving… Can anyone help on that? Thanks

The Buttons are added in the Slider that is created using the Slider Revolution plugin. You can remove them by editing the Slide. You simply have to Select the STATIC LAYER and click on the BUTTON layer and DELETE it.

To disable the overlay over the Gallery Images, you simply have to set the Overlay Opacity to a very low value (ex. 1) . And you can find the option to change the overlay color using the Options present in the Gallery Module.

Unfortunately, there ins’t an option to directly convert the Justified Gallery into a normal one. Apologies about that, but this option is not feasible with the current working structure of the 2 galleries.

The option is labeled ‘Thumbnail Overlay Color / Gradient Start Color’ and is present in the gallery module options. You can use this to change the Color and the Opacity of the Hover Overlay.

It looks like you have the w3 total cache plugin active. Please ensure that you purge its cache completely after each update. Otherwise what’s happening is some of the old CSS and JS files will be served and we have been rebasing our code for optimisations and the file structure keeps changing and thus serving old files via cache would create conflicts.

Although you cannot add it on the Slider, you can enabled the INFORMATION BOX option in the Slider and add the Image / more content using TATSU builder. The content you add will be pulled up in a Floating Content Box on the Right.

It is likely that you are having a Blog Category called PORTFOLIO. You can either delete this category under POSTS > CATEGORIES, or change its slug from “portfolio” to something different.

I just double checked and I don’t have any blog categories or blogs, or categories called ‘portfolios’. It also didn’t used to be there on my site, but seems to have suddenly appeared with one of the theme updates (I noticed it in the XML sitemap).
