I’ve bought Uncode theme for one reason. “The bottom navigation” on each landingpage to move between the previous page and the next one, and this one doesn’t work on my own website since your last update.

Since this works fine for all users Nikolay asked your logins to verify what happen in your installation. I don’t think this is not good support or someone is sending you long list of incomprehensible documentations (in the Nikolay message he just asked logins and didn’t send you anything then the link to your private profile). Let me know if I don’t understood you.
Hello, everytime i save something in admin on uncode visual composer it scrolls down to the page. I have to go up again. to change anything etc. It s not confortable please do you have a solution ?

Have you cached files? Have you tried in Incognito Mode? Sorry but the only know bug it’s the one reported at links above and the new VC version fixes the problem.

FYI, I had to make a small update to your “custom-post-type.php” file for “portfolio_category” since it keeps adding “blog” in permalink. To fix the portfolio category permalinks, I changed LINE 106 to: ‘rewrite’ => array( ‘slug’ => $base . ‘_cat’, ‘with_front’ => false ). Not sure if “uncodeblock_category” also needs the same code on LINE 204. Maybe you could update this in your next version.

This is my Custom Structure on my local test server “http://localhost/mywebsite/blog/ postname /” since I wanted to have “blog” in posts permalink. I had to add ”,‘with_front’ => false” to remove “post” from custom taxonomy, otherwise I would get “http://localhost/mywebsite/blog/portfolio_cat/web/”. Does this info help?

Wherever I add javascript in a page it adds blank vertical space in the content area. If use the Raw Javascript via the visual editor and put it at the top i get blank spacing at the top, same for the bottom or anywhere else on the page.

ok, you should be able to access the site and see that white bar i mentioned at the bottom of the home page. The only thing in the white section is the javascript script tags and a variable being set with the referrer info. Where ever I add javascript to the site it creates space like this in the content area…

I think the problem is that you inserted the Raw JS module in a row, if you do this you have first the empty row (what you see) where inside there is the code, please note that unless specified a row has given padding. So you just need to insert the Raw JS module inside a row you have in the page: https://undsgn.d.pr/oIJJ9a
Apart this please note that in WordPress you need to use the namespace “jQuery” and not ”$”, so the code should be:

Thanks. I just threw that on the home page as an example. The issue became apparent when we installed a plugin called ConvertPlus that was injecting it’s own javascript into the bottom of every page. Their javascript doesn’t actually show up on the page when editing content like mine does when I use the RawJS option in visual editor, so I have no way to fix for situations like that. I also don’t have the ability to insert RawJS without it automatically creating the row and I can’t pull it out of the row, can only adjust the padding to 0 for my stuff…
Ok, so by the end it seems an issue with this plugin and the Raw JS module of Visual Composer. Have you tried to contact the plugin author and ask if they are aware of this issue (VC it’s the most famous Page Builder out there maybe they know about this), otherwise if needed I can suggest a code to hide the last section of a page to workaround the issue. Let us know!

Hello.
I have noticed an issue when using the Lightbox on an iPhone. The image opens but is greyed out so that it is barely visible. This does not happen if its a single image, say a product, but does happen when you are browsing an image in a gallery. If you close and reopen the image, it loads perfectly the second time.
This does not happen when browsing on a Mac or laptop.
Not sure if you are aware of this.

Hi! I don’t think it’s last update related, sincerely. You should see other similar reports here, the last update was published more than 1 months ago and we have lot of users that use lightbox massively. Since you report the problem happen only the first time you load an image I can only think a problem with a cache plugin (I don’t know if you have) or your images are really big. Otherwise try to contact back next days if we have the same report from some users or in a few weeks we’ll publish a massive update (maybe a complete files refresh helps), sorry but without the possibility to debug your site I cannot help better now.

Hi JPDStudio! No sorry it’s not WCAG 2.0 AA compliant, sincerely it is something that you will not easily find in a multi-purpose creative theme, probably at the moment in some minor themes more specifically for non-profit organizations where in many cases this compatibility is required.

I already have posts on my blog, and I have already installed some plugins like yoast seo, and other plugins. If I install uncode on my blog, is it going to integrate well with my old posts, plugins, and the pages I already have? Can someone still visit my posts? Do I have to install those plugins into uncode again? Sorry for the naive question. I just want to be clear. I don’t want anything to affect the work I already put into my site. Hi Winterway! I don’t know what theme you have now but it’s always discouraged to change theme on a live site, you can do this when you have very simple themes, in few words don’t expect you can switch mega themes and have your site ready for the prime time. Obviously the posts will be visibile and you don’t loose contents. I hope this helps!
