Hello, We have several websites we’ve purchased licenses for The7 theme… recently, I’ve noticed that we need to update the WPBakery plugin because the visual builder has become buggy, but the plugin says next to it “To receive automatic updates license activation is required.” Does The7 theme come with a license for WPbakery? Or do we have to actually purchase a license for WPBakery for every website we’ve built with The7 theme? Thanks!

I have a (old) website with a old version of the7. Meanwhile functions such as team, benefits and testimonials isn’t working anymore. When I’m adding this function in a row using Visual Bakery, the settingsscreen keeps loading.
Other functions are working fine. I’m running the latest version of WP Bakery. I’ve read something about Cloudfare rocket loader? Could that be the problem. Maybe I can purchase a new license, but I want to be sure that everything is working after purchase.

The7 does not use Bootstrap in its core. WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) does.
OK, I found it was a conflict with a plugin for hiding admin bar. I removed that plugin and everything is OK.

I am not sure why, but the hosted video background is not working anymore, and the PostGrid is not working either. the site is www.skycrest.net
it was working perfectly before and it just stopped.
but when i am on the wordpress dashboard, everything is working and then it stops. i am working with my server provider to see if its them, but i dont think it is.
im not sure what to do.

Sometimes you need to purchase multiple licenses for subdomains (when sites on subdomains are logically different) sometimes you don’t (when you have e.g. different languages on subdomains). I mean want purchased the theme, I will designing using this template on a sub-domain demo.citystd.com before releasing on the main domain citystd.com, Im worried that if I register license the theme on the sub that I will then not be able to register license the theme on my main domain. This is perfectly fine. Just don’t forget to re-register the demo.citystd.com before moving the site to citystd.com.
Alternatively we can enable subdomain usage of theme for your citystd.com domain. This way you’ll be able to have the theme active simultaneously on demo.citystd.com and citystd.com (in this case it is allowed because your main domain and subdomain are effectively same one site).

2. Enable “Team” post type under The7 > My The7 in the Settings block.
P.S. The newest version of theme is 6.0.1. Don’t forget to back-up (just in case) and update.

If I’m not mistaken, there IS such feature in Slider Revolution. However it’s not a good idea in terms user experience. So I have to recommend strongly against it.
Hi just to give you the heads up on this: got the “white text + missing buttons in text editor” error today. With all plugins disabled, including VC, the error persisted. With all refreshed WordPress install and cleared cache the error still persisted. Could it be there is an error in the theme?

The Ultimate addons for Visual Composer plugin requires Visual Composer version 3.7.2 or greater.
