I have a question related to the students enrolled.
In the course page, there is a section under the Take the course and some information under that show the number of students who enrolled for the course. How can we hide this part on the course page?
Also, even I delete the account of students, but the number is still 4 (for example). How I can make it 0.

1. to hide student enrolled in below course details please try adding this custom css in your wp-admin -. appearance -> customize -> custom css :
.students_undertaking {
display: none !important;
}
Secondly please goto wp-admin -> wplms -> course manager -> Show accurate student -> enable it . Then goto course admin , remove a student or add student to reflect accurate number of students in course .

Many thanks. I have applied your second advice related to removing the students. I have a course and I as an admin join the course. When I go to the admin course. I can see my name and remove it and the number changed to 0, but when I go to other tabs and get back again I see my name as a student and the number is 1. Do you have any advice for this?
I was wondering it is possible to add or remove students from the wp-admin as well or not.

Hi, I have been installing and configuring the theme with demo 6, and two problems have arisen so far:
1) On the dashboard page, when I’m logged in, nothing appears, just a blank space. I need it to be the same as demo 6. Can you tell me how to activate it?
2) I would like to know how I can create a subscription for each course with more than one price (for a monthly and annual payment with woocommerce). In summary, each student choosing a course can choose between two types of subscription membership.

1. It seems you activated the child theme later on or maybe changed the child theme which caused dashboard to erase the widgets. You’ll need to reset the dashboard widgets, if you want the exact configuration we can do it for you, please post a request at our support forums https://wplms.io/support
2. Every course in WPLMS maintains two information for every student, subscription period and course status. So, unless you want automatic renewals you can stick to WPLMS inbuilt course subscriptions and use our plugin WPLMS WooCommerce which would enable this for you.

Hi I have tried that and even though it chose the correct skin the static home page is not being set. I have tried switching back to “Your Last Post” and then back to Stacic page but no luck. I can however access the home page when the Front page is set to posts though and it appears like how we want it.

Ok, this issue is not related to home page, WordPress is identifying this page (home) as course directory as your subsite has the slug courses which is same as that of course directory slug. Please go to WP Admin – Pages and edit the page “courses” and change its slug (optionally title ) to something else like ‘all-courses’. Then re-save permalinks at wp admin- settings and check again.

The problem is that when I create a unit and add text and an image as the unit content, the image automatically becomes an attachment in that unit. I don’t want the image to become an attachment. How can this problem be resolved?

Hi. This error appears: wplms_modern/woocommerce/content-product.php version 2.6.1 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0. And also my students buy a course, I confirm that they pay granting them access through woocommerce, and also manually in the admin, members section, but still they can´t access the course. I tried to deactivate all the plugins, and it´s not a conflict between them, so is it a template problem? please help
Well please make sure that your wplms modern theme is udpated to latest version 2.8 . For students course access issue please check if your course is connected to the product in course product settings in back end : screenshot If its connected and still issue is appearing then please create a support topic and share your credentials there in private reply to check the issue at your end . refer : screenshot
Hi team, I don’t think my previous question was answered. Just to confirm, regarding the pricing of the individual units (unit prices), can the coaches set a price for the whole course. For example if the whole course is £100 and the unit prices under that course are £10 each, Can we still set the course price to be £100 To summarise, if I use the unit price shortcode you provided for me, how will this affect pricing of the whole course. We want to be able to price the whole course and use the units to break down the costs of the course.
2 also where exactly will the WPLMS appointment show for instructors and students on the website. Will the instructors set this up when they are creating a course and with students where exactly will they be able to book hours, will it be on the instructors course page? We are planning to launch are website pretty soon but we are heavily relying on the appointment booking so we would really appreciate it if you could let us know when in this month it will be released.

Check the Course – Admin area and ensure the user exists in the course admin. If not then add them via course admin.
If you migrated from 1.x version check the WP Admin – LMS – Settings – Functions – Sync Course Students.

Please try re-saving permalinks from wp-admin -> settings -> permalinks and then check if you are able to access course admin area now. Also try deactivating third party plugins in your site . The download actually happens from within the theme, for example the plugin vibe course module is downloaded from yoursite.com/wp-content/themes/plugins/vibe-course-module.zip . Most likely there is a permissions issue in your setup, the files need to be publicly accessible. We offer free setup, you can request it at Wplms.io/support and we’ll setup your site.

1.) Is it possible to create a new course in an excel spread sheet and then upload it to WPLMS courses (without affecting existing course)?

If I upload a single course with multiple units attached to the course.
1.) How do I attach the units to the course?
For example when you export an existing course the vibe_course_curriculum has Example|2399|2401|example B|2458|2460|2463|2466
also the post_type ID for unit is 2399 so it will put this unit in correct place which is “Example|2399” in the course.
2.) If I leave the ID bank will it create the units but not assign them the course?
I would like to assign the units to the course

a.) To assign a unit to a course, can I make up a fake ID and then enter it into the vibe_course_curriculum Value so it attaches it to the course?
b.) If so, What happens if I create an ID “123” for a unit but their is an existing unit with the same ID “123” already in WPLMS, will it delete the existing unit OR will it automatically change the number so the new unit does not conflict with the old existing unit/course?
The reason I ask that I want to make sure I don’t delete my old existing course/units when uploading with same unit ID number

1. Since Units are re-usable they’re not connected to a course. If a unit exist in the curriculum the course will identify it as a unit.
2. Yes, when you do the import with a sample unit ID, the importer checks if the unit id exists, if not then it will create a new unit id and replace the unit id instance with the new unit id everywhere in the import file. If you already have units then all you need is the CSV with the vibe_course_curriculum field, consult us at support for demo
3. a. That’s correct.
b. It will not create a new unit but assign the existing unit with the course. To create new units, make sure the unit_ids are non-existing.

Hi guys, I really like the theme so far however I want users to be able to make partial payments (instalment payments) in accordance to the units the instructors provide. For example, the students should make an instalment payment before they move to the next unit of the course etc. Instead of paying monthly or weekly they should pay according to the units they complete.What Can I do to make this possible?

When somebody is not logged, and click on “take the course”, I would like the registering popup to appear and not the annoucnement
