We usually recommend a size of at least 696 px width. It depends on the templates you use on your site. If you use templates that have full width images, we recommend a size of full HD 1920×1080

Sorry but the theme width is only changeable on pages through the tagdiv composer. Posts or category templates cannot have a different width.

The content will not be lost when updating. Only custom modifications made to the theme files will be lost. The theme panel settings as well as the content on your site will remain intact. There are measures to be taken though just in case. We always recommend making a full backup of your site before any major update.

Unfortunately, the theme has not been tested with this kind of plugins and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with our product, sorry! Notice that our theme does not use any such a plugin for post view counts. This functionality it’s made through the code and if you want to use this functionality you should implement it yourself which is not a simple task. Also, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Usually, we recommend the developers from studio.envato.com.

Make sure that all of your required plugins have been updated, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files. Purge all CDN files if you are using a Cloudflare system and check the results.

We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.

1) The wp super cache setting to the cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.

2) Do not use this setting in SEO by Yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh

3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder. You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with. Do not edit a page with tag div composer if it was not originally built with it. If you created your page in visual composer and then switched to our own page builder, you will have to re-create that page

1.We dint used wp super cache plugin in our site.we using Autoptimize plugin in our site. 2.we disabled the yoast seo Plugin. 3.Editing pages are build by only tag div composer.we dint used any other page builder in our site.We have faced this error after updating the theme into latest version.And also after the latest updation There are some features in 8.5 mentioned that don’t seem to be available. Like the Team Member element in tag div and the option to make wider columns.

Please ensure that you have followed all the steps in order to update your theme. Our recommended way for theme installing is FTP because this is the surest method in this case, accordingly with this documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

The limit is set by default to 30 subcategories in the mega menu. There is no setting to increase this but you can change the number here http://screencast.com/t/dO2h0s4J and add the one you want.
