Can you do more boxed layouts..? Pretty Pretty Please… The Church theme is the only decent one.. so tired of all the 100% width ones – none of my clients like them.

Have the blank theme option pages issue been resolved. I really like this theme, and want to purchase it for a client, but reluctant to spend the money if it is going to give issues

Hi I have been playing with one with such an issue and it’s not cache or plugins. It is particular to admin options like Header Styling, Page Title bar, Sliding bar, Footer styling, etc etc….. I don’t want to have to live in the styling section to get what I need.
Please assure me, with an honest answer that this issue has been fixed in the latest version. OR…. if you have identified the problem, and released a solution or patch.
I have used your theme before and really do like it. It is a very quick develop for me.
I don’t want to be sold on something that I will have to battle with you over.

We have absolutely no reason to lie or sell our theme with an ongoing issue that is known and we have not fixed it yet do we? we have thousands of customers and if some particular issue is left untreated it creates a worse problem for us than it creates one for our users, we love our customers and we love what we do.

Hi, yes it needs to be in the ‘thank you’ page after an order is placed. This way Google Analytics can get the information about the amount, which products etc. Tried to paste it in the code fields but didn’t work

Is it possible to create the same filter page for post type using category, instead of portfolio item?
Basically, a filter posts by category.

Dear Ammar, yes I will definitely purchase the theme. I hope for your advise on how to transition from the pirated theme to the purchased theme. To my knowledge the pirated theme has some vulnerable scripts running that is infecting my hosting. Do I need to restart all over or otherwise, thank you

You can simply purchase and download the latest version of theme and than use the FTP method to replace all your old files and that will remove all the old files of your theme, the content of your site will however remain the same and will not be affected at all

I bought the Avada theme and was under the impression that upon purchasing the Avada theme that plugins such as Layer Slider and Slider Revolution would be updated whenever the Avada theme provides updates. I just saw on my Wordpress dashboard today that the Avada theme had an update available and updated my Avada theme but the update that I installed did not take care of updating my Layer Slider plugin. I am currently using Layer Slider version 6.6.5 and today installed an Avada theme update to Avada version 5.4.1 but the update of Avada that I installed did not take care of updating my Layer Slider plugin to Layer Slider version 6.6.7
I was wondering what is going on?

We do update the bundled plugins with our updates for sure, however this particular update 5.4.1 was just a small release with some minor fixes from previous version 5.4 so we did not include the latest version of plugins into that, we will include them in our later updates however

There had been an issue with our previous version so we had submitted our 5.4.1 version again and if you simply go ahead and clear your fusion cache from Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS tab you should see the latest version update available for the LayerSlider plugin that is 6.6.7 as can be seen on the screenshot here => http://prntscr.com/i1ppva

Awesome theme. I have a small proposal (I don’t think it’s a request)... Portfolio Grid – 3 Column could use a bit of work.
In your next update, can you please adjust the thumbnail width? It should be around 347 pixels wide instead of the 300px it is now (based on the default 20px spacing) and 1100px container width.
That one update will make an already-perfect theme, even more perfect-er (don’t judge me). If you can, do a test run and see if my proposition makes reasonable sense. If it does, Hi-5’s all around!

just updated to 5.4.1 and now no pages will load on the front end (blank white page). The site (completeblindco.com.au) has a coming soon plugin running but now that landing page even fails to load. Luckily I had a browser cached with an Admin login page so I was able to login to WP, however if I try the standard /wp-admin/ login address on a new browser it redirects to – a blank white page. Anyone else have or had this problem? Any suggestions on what could cause this behavior?

After updating the theme (per previous post) and and migrating to a new host, one item is missing and since I’m not yet familiar with your theme I cannot figure out how/where it’s coded… See http://prntscr.com/i4m0ew. This section is missing. How do I add it back?

Hi, just a quick question regarding this layout – https://avada.theme-fusion.com/adventure/ – to scroll through the sections I need to scroll 8-9 times my scroll wheel, is there anyway I can control that so it jumps from one section to another from the 1st scroll? Thanks!
Also, another thing that I noticed. In your demo, you are using a burger menu, but if you go for a regular menu + sticky menu and you have “Home/About/Services/Contact” (just an example) and you want to jump from “Home” to “Contact” it will quickly take you through all the pages in between (About/Services) – which isn’t that bad, but can it be disabled?.
Also, if you are on the “Contact” page (which is the 4th section in this example) and you want to go to “Services” (which is the 3rd section in this example) rather than moving you up one section it will go from the begining and scroll the page again through “Home/About” and then land on “Services” – is there a way to disable this effect?

Apologies for keep using this thread, but I’ve noticed another issue. Same demo on mobile – the menu does not work the way it should … If you go over the menu on mobile and click “Contact” it will not jump on the Contact page – I am experiencing the same issue on my end

1. I do not have a mouse scroll wheel as i use mousepad so i can not exactly check the issue but when i check from the mousepad it just takes one slide for me to go to the next container.
2. If you want to disable that, you can definitely do that for sure its just our one page scroll feature but in that case you have to make a multipage site.
3. I do not see the sticky header on that demo so i am not sure how are you seeing that issue, are you scrolling manually to the menu again in this case?
4. Yes, i can see the issue for sure and i will forward this to our developers and see what is causing this

2 – The website will be a multi page website, my plan is to use the exact same layout you have in the demo for the homepage with one menu and then have individual pages with another menu, but that’s another story

Hmm.. even on your site it takes one slide for me to scroll to next section actually so i will see if someone in our team has a mouse scroll and get this checked.
Can i instead suggest you to please email us the issue of scroll and the menu issue of mobile to support@theme-fusion.com and we will try to replicate it from there, this way things will be easier for us to check since comments are not a place to debug issues really

When I click on the button opens the AVADA PROMOTE home page, but there is only the option of upgrade to AVADA. my website is simple with very few plugin, but avada include 8 CSS and 8 JS files, with total size over 1.4 MB, what’s more, all CSS and JS are render blocking.

This might be due to your cache actually, please make sure that you clear your browser as well as plugin caches if you are using any cache plugin and also try to reset the fusion cache from Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS Tab
