That message means you are trying to install the wrong file. Make sure it is the theme only (not the all files download from ThemeForest). This article from our Knowledge Base walks you step-by-step through the process.

does NOT allow more than one column no matter which builder i use! i go back to default themes with visual composer…boom! two+ columns. switch back to x theme and everything is one column again! frustrating and enough to make me regret buying. will be switching to a better theme!

Is there a way to stop items from appearing as a user scrolls down the page for the first time? We have set up services page as a feature box with with classic feature boxes and classic text for each service, but only the first 2 rows appear when the page loads until you start scrolling. Once you start scrolling down the page the other rows appear. Is there a way to make all of the rows appear as soon as the page is loaded?

Can i hide containers for different devices with this theme? For example i have a slider on desktop that i want to hide on mobile.

We allow you to hide elements based on the viewport inside our Cornerstone page builder or with the use of shortcodes. Alternatively you could use custom css to achieve this.
HI my client have your theme for their website, they need to post some images than on mouse hover it will change to another image…can you please advice. I found on the theme (basic image and image) but doesn’t have that option that switch image on hover mouse.
—-also if I need to install the visual composer, how can I do that? does it affect the website if it’s already built?

is there a way I can find the purchase code on wordpress for the theme because the client gave me access to a site already have been done and asked me to do changes,,,,I just verified maybe it was purchased from your site because I clicked on https://prnt.sc/i4nbkc it took me to login | Apex.

If it is not on that validation screen, then no. You’d need to talk to whoever purchased the theme to get the license code from them.

Regarding this particular situation, we do have a Pricing Table shortcode under our “Classic Elements” in the builder, but you can also put together bespoke pricing tables using the columns and various combinations of our v2/Classic Elements. If none of those suit you, we don’t have a particular Extension that does this at this time, but you are very likely to be able to find some options available online (either free or paid) that will surely do the job.

I have studied your theme for a while now, before i buy it and i have a few questions. I have taken a site from a previous developer, which has woocommerce also.If i install your theme, will my woocommerce setting be preserved? I mean, all product categories, products itself, product variations,downloadable products links, etc?Thanks in advance

Thanks for writing in! That is correct, when you switch over to our theme, we won’t be altering any of your setting for WooCommerce. We do hide a couple options that are handled by the theme in a cleaner way, but you will not have any product categories, variations, et cetera altered.

Hello, this is a Pre-sales question. What’s the difference between X Pro and the theme purchased from here?
I have a live website, I’ll just use example.com. The license is tied to the domain, right? I want to build a website with X Theme in a test wordpress in a subdirectory, let’s say in example.com/test. I’l build the site, and then remove the old site, and move the wordpress from example.com/test to the root directory of example.com and make sure the permalinks/url/whatever all work. Or even just have a new wordpress install in the root, and migrate it, whichever. Will this be ok since it’s the same domain? I just don’t want to mess up the licensing because I was moving the directory.
Nevermind, I found the answer. It seems like it will be ok to do that because it is just tied to the domain so I wouldn’t have to assign/unassign the license.
But I still have “No valid license key has been entered, so automatic updates for Envira Gallery have been turned off” at the top of my screen, without a way to close out of it. Is there a way to get rid of this banner, and will Envira still be updated when X updates?

You can revoke your X license at any time on the license page in your Themeco account. This will allow you to move the license around from one location to another (keep in mind we provide a way using our licensing system to have both a development and production location validated at the same time – more info on this article. With regards to Envira’s notice you can ignore that. We provide updates as they are made available as well as support in our forums. Regretfully we can’t control some of the messaging of 3rd party plugins. While you are welcome to purchase a license of the plugin directly from the manufacturer you are not required to as we provide updates directly as they are made available. If you need anything further a member of our development team would be happy to help in our support forums.

I was reading through these questions and answers, before asking, but may have missed it. I noticed a couple of comments about license activation and UI. I always develop my sites locally first, and then move them to my cPanel for production. It seems you have to activate your license somewhere specific.
If I am developing locally, and I have to activate the license, will this cause issues when I move the developed end product to my server?

Yes, we have a way to get a similar effect. You can set an angled separator at the top or bottom of each section on your page. You can determine the slope and color. There isn’t a built in way to get that bordered edge look (the entire angle is one color) but it could be possible with custom CSS.
Superfly had a major defect with their full screen menu. The font size doesn’t adjust correctly according to different device.
