Sorry but our theme does not have a front end article submission form.There are plugins that can do this but unfortunately I cannot provide a recommendation to use with our theme as we have not tested any front end submission plugins.

Hello, why are the social icons in blog posts showing up as collapsed under a ”+” icon and must be pressed to expand by default??

This was a design choice created by our developers. Only a few icons will show up at first load and the rest will be hidden under the + sign as there are lots of social icons you can activate now and they will fill the content rapidly if you activate them all. There had to be a way to contain them. We will look into an option to remove the + sign for future updates if this request becomes more popular though.

This is most likely a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

We are looking to use your theme with a population of 10,000+ users(registered authors) and want to be able to use primary category to drive a hierarchy of categorization.
Are you able to create category feeds from Primary Category? I would like to have 3 separate feeds on a page that each pulls content from the primary category while being able to retain additional “secondary” categories for filtering, search and category pages. This should also prevent any content from being duplicated in any category based feeds.

Thank you for your interest in our theme but unfortunately the theme does not handle feeds. They are handled by WordPress and plugins but we do not have a tested and recommended feed plugin to recommend. Sorry for the inconvenience.

That login form does not come from the theme. it is not of our design. It is most likely due to plugins. Please disable all plugins except the page builder and clear all cache afterwards. Then test again.

This problem happens due if you are using both page builder in simultaneously mode, right? Please disable the TD Composer if you want that all of the Visual Composer features to work as expected.

First of all, I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain for testing via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. I do not have any pluging of cache, but I have installed one to clean cache and error 500 is still in the url (https://videnciastral.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/).
I currently have Newspaper V 8.2 installed. If I update to the version Newspaper V 8.6 can be solved?

Currently the Newspaper template is working with the Visual Composer plugin and tagDiv Composer plugin is disabled

Please keep in mind that always your software has to be updated if you want to achieve good results. Update the theme and check the results. If the problem will persist, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate your setup page. Also, do not forget to make a full backup to your database before updating your theme via FTP way.

Yes, indeed, each demo has it’s own separate style. Only the black version can provide the dark background so it is recommended to start with the black demo if you need the black background and then make the adjustments to the logo rather than the alternative as adjusting all of the content to make it black is far more complex. Install the black demo and then choose a header style that can show the full logo like header style 10 for example and simply add a background color around your logo from the theme panel colors section.

Hi! I just had a few of questions about the homepage:
1. I downloaded the Travel Blog Demo. Is there any way to get rid of the white bar/space between the menu/logo and the revolution slider? Basically between the header and the first row…
2. Is there a to put the name of the site, in big letters, in that space (between the logo and menu and the slider)? I tried using styles 9, 10, and 11 with the title field completed, but it didn’t make a difference…
3. How do I get parallax scrolling between the slides? I checked the box in the row settings, but it seems to be not doing anything…
4. Is there any way to do a one-click scrolling from one row to another? I mean, the user would either swipe up/down on the mobile device or press the down arrow key on the keyboard once, and the screen would scroll in one smooth motion to the next row? Like what a lot of homepages that are structured like one page sites have…

2) Sorry but I do not understand properly what you are trying to achieve.
3) Hello, In order for the parralax to work on rows you have to use a row background. It will not work on other types of image implementation.
4) Sorry but our theme does not have any such features. You can maybe find a plugin that can provide the needed functionality.

It said that it would do that with style 9, 10, or 11, because it has like a text logo field, but it doesn’t show, and just show my logo image…I’d want to show my logo and my blog name in big letters…how could I achieve this?

1)The custom CSS code should have to be added to Theme panel -: Custom CSS area. 2)I guess that you want to use the text logo and text logo tagline, right? First of all, you should remove your logo image and add your text logo site in these fields from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UBSaX7bXdx 3)If you want to use such a row background you should create it from TD COmposer like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/iFSwdYRjOg This is a simple ROW element to which I added a normal image as background. 4)Unfortunately, we cannot make any recommendation in this case because we have not tested any kind of plugin, sorry!
