hello i got some questions to ask you again
sorry i dont know that much about the webdev world but Now i am trying to build a website i want to ask you a question about a theme and a templete
i also want another template for especific reason, like for a travel agent – like the other template has alot of features which i need like flight ticket booking features and like hotels and so on
i also want this theme and you guys know much about themes and templates
help me out please can you give me any idea like can i use / is it possible to use both of them at the same time this theme and other template to run my website at the same time

I am afraid both of them are very different things, our theme is a WordPress theme and that link you had put in the comments area is actually just a HTML template, you can not use both of them at the same time as our theme is just ready to use and does not require any template at all, also the features you see on that template are not coded you will require to use PHP and code them to use those features, that is just the HTML part of feature (FrontEnd) while Avada is ready to use and just requires an Installation.
Also, we do support Contact Form 7 and Gravity Form and you can use them to create a booking form of your own in this case, you can checkout an example of it here in our demo => http://bit.ly/2npllEa

Have you experienced any problems with setting equal heights on a container that breaks a slanted separater? The slants work fine until I toggle on “equal heights”. Afterwards, the slant placed at the bottom of the container floats up about 120px or so.

Hi! Just 2 small questions….
How can I change the color of the contactform-submit-button? It is blue….
And; all my links are yellow. I am using the “agency theme” and my left menu is yellow. The email link isn’t vissible bacause of the link color. How can I only make the “mailto” link black?
Oh and… In the left menu (agency theme) there is a small stroke on the right whe a button is active. Is it possible to set this stroke to the left?

OMG the darn site is all messed up because it will NOT align more than 2 footer widgets and yes I know how to add or remove widgets. It was working just fine before the update.

This is NOT a cache issue, but I cleared anyways. It has ONLY two footer widgets being used, no matter how many I picked in the theme options under Footer. SEE for yourself – https://thegoodlyco.com/ – this should NOT be happening and I did NOT change anything on this website for a long time.

You are loading some custom font that is somehow breaking the widget code as you can see here in the inspector tool => http://prntscr.com/i91rcl this is not due to theme but some other 3rd party code, please disable all your 3rd party plugins and check again and also check the custom code inside your 2nd widget.

Hi, how would you suggest to create a list of around 80 clients (logo images, grid, just external links) that could be filtered just like portfolio? It seems like overkill to create 80 portfolio posts, is there any better way?
Alternatively: is there a way to bulk create portfolio posts (e.g. from CSV) that only appear as external links within carousel/filter gallery?

why after the last update, my footer elements drops down? I have THREE footer widgets and all have content and they were on same line, now the third is dropped under the 1st widget?

After updating to the newest Avada theme our flags in the top menu, indicating the language of the website, is gone. For example on www.protectglobal.com (upright corner). On other websites the theme is not yet updated and therefore you can still see the flag. For example www.protectglobal.pl. We did try to fix it ourselves but no luck. Please advise. Thanks.

How is it possible to make a fullwidth shop with a sidebar?

I dont think you guys have a way to change the color of the background of an events description Event element
I place the event element (4 col) on a page and the box under the feature image with the description of said event is white. I wish to change it to a different color… but there isnt anywhere to make the change. is this true? if there is.. can u quickly just drop the path here please instead of waiting a full day cuz i have a client deadline

Hi Avada. So far, I’ve purchased 3 Licenses. This theme is incredible. Everything’s been self-explanatory and smooth.
Only thing I can’t figure out how to prevent the site URL from sitting in the default path in front of the social link URL.
So instead of Social Links in footer reading instagram.com/[account], they read [mysite.com]/instagram.com/[account].

I mean if I buy license, activate it on my personal domain for site development and then when the site is ready I migrate it to my client’s domain. What happens with registration code after migration to the client’s domain on both sites (site on the development domain and site on client’s domain)?

Thank you for an answer.
Have I understood correctly, after transfer to the clients live server, the site will automatically become unregistered (as domain has been changed during the transfer) until I re-register it using the token? Or I need to manually unregister it before transfer?
I ask this question as I had some issues in the past connected with migration and registration codes.

No, you will have to manually unregister the older site and than register the new site again on same license, unless you remove the key from old site it will stay registered, it does not move on its own during the migration and has to be done manually.

Please try and do a fresh installation in that case using the FTP method, it is possible that when you updated your files are not transferred properly causing this issue, we have no issues with our latest version.
