I just purchased your theme but having problems installing it on wordpress.com. I uploaded it under themes and plugins. I also tried accessing WP admin and uploaded the plugins there. This them keeps hanging constantly calling modeltheme.com, why is this doing this? Does it have to and if so your server is extremely poor and i would suggest anyone thinking of buying this theme to think again.

Having some issues with your theme – it seems when my website loads it is trying to link to your site https://modeltheme.com and keeps getting a 502 Bad Gateway. Is your site down? Do you know how to fix this as it makes the site loading incredibly long. Thanks.

I have done so as well, thank you. But I did run a test on your website from different locatios www.modeltheme.com and all reported errors or timing out. It is back up now and everything seems fine. I believe your site was down or had server issues.

Speaking with your support group they mentioned some of the items are directly linked to the servers… that is strange… never has this happen before using any other template themes for Word Press. Fixed the issue earlier today and now the servers are down again… A HUGE CONCERN for buying this theme.

The items are only images that are linked to our website. I can edit the pages and delete them but I recommend waiting, we will come with a solution for the server’s problem once in for all. Please let us a few hours to resolve with it and if not I will edit the them myself.

Imported the demo but its not the exact demo. No menus, white paper, and shows image dimensions in the background
