We don’t have any issue with our latest version of theme that is 5.4.2 and Fusion Builder works fine and good with all post types, please make sure that you have the Fusion Builder enabled for pages from Avada > Fusion Builder > Settings and see if some 3rd party plugin is causing this issue, however if the issue persist please do open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.

In our theme we do not change the logo size actually and there is no recommendation or guide when it comes to logo size, people have different size of logos depending on their company / brand name and the amount of characters in it. However for sticky header you can use the same size as main header and for mobile you can decrease the value half if you want to but it totally depends on your own choice

Hi, I am interested in this theme and looking forward to purchase however I have one query.
If I de-register the theme on the staging installation will the site cease to function or can I proceed with development so that the live site can be updated/upgraded periodically?

You should have no issues at all after deregistering it and theme should function just fine and good, however you need to make sure that only 1 license is being used on 1 live domain of the theme.

Hello! A legal company bought your theme and installed Avada Fincance Demo (https://avada.theme-fusion.com/finance/).

As you can see the site is not really responsive cause on some browsers and all smarphone and tables we can see the horizontal scrollbar and contents below header are not displayed properly. The client charged me to contact you directly to solve this issue.
We turned on the Resposive option under Avada > Theme options > Responsive but the visualization is even worse. Can you please help us? I can give you the purchase code of my client.

Hello! I can use a global element created on one site in a completely different site? I thought creating a global element is stored in some cloud of my key token. ok, so there is a addon or elements that let create a playlist?...now, about speed loading of music demo page i have not so good results with gtmetrix and pingdom, such as This page makes 32 parallelizable requests to avada.theme-fusion.com. Increase download parallelization by distributing these requests across multiple hostnames:
and There are 8 JavaScript files served from avada.theme-fusion.com. They should be combined into as few files as possible. and the same for js is it possible to correct theese warnings? thank you

We do not have any particular Audio or PlayList element however we do have support for the SoundCloud where you can put your Playlist link from SoundCloud and it should play for you just fine and good, you can however always use the WordPress own Playlist shortcode and more about this can be read here => http://bit.ly/2nD0VsH
Regarding your speedtest query we do have a CSS and JS compiler in our theme and it depends on user if they want to use it, i will suggest testing our theme on different testing platforms in this case. Here are some speed test reports

The colour of the link can be changed depending on the location of the link. There is no such issue with the Page Title Font Color for sure, please check the screenshot from Theme Options => http://prntscr.com/i9xgdh as well as from Fusion Options => http://prntscr.com/i9xgjs
Please make sure that none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue with our theme or if there are any missing files (404 errors) in console, in that case do reinstall again using FTP method mentioned here => http://bit.ly/1R1ik6V

If you are having to do what you say you need to be doing post update, then either the update is not being performed correctly and/or external factors are at play, that need to be checked

I had a child theme, with custom portfolio-items pages, now the theme is not valid and i can not find these pages in your theme.
Polylang plugin is not supported with all portfolio pages and your builder, it makes everything disappear.

Well, I cannot comment on just how you have implemented the customizations in your child theme without actually having checked them. But if it was implemented correctly, using a child theme, then you will be fine.

As for Polylang, it works for thousands of Avada users running the latest version of the plugin and Avada. Also consider what changes you are making to the core files, as you have mentioned, that in itself could affect a 3rd party plugin and will not be theme related.

Glitch Alert: When using the Freelance Demo, if you attempt to change the general profile color scheme to Light (instead of the default dark), the Navigation settings break. I had to uninstall the Demo, then re-install it. Tried again and it broke the navigation again. Please help with this problem….
