We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We can confirm there is an issue with the Envato API that is causing automatic updates to fail. We are in contact with the Envato team and working on resolving this as soon as possible.

In the meanwhile, if you do need to update this can be done manually. Download the latest theme files from your Themeforest account and update the theme manually via FTP, detailed instructions is provided below.

This has now been resolved. We had direct contact with the Envato team, who upon investigation discovered CloudFlare settings on their end had caused this issue. It has been resolved, tested and auto updates are now back to normal

Hello, strange thing happening with the Pinterest sharing box. When it posts the description in Pinterest it shows hyphens as code (–) – my products have hyphens in their names. Any way to counteract this?

We have not yet officially tested this plugin with our theme so can not provide with any kind of guarantee at the moment, however we do have 100% compatibility with Contact Form 7 and Gravity Form plugin so you can use them for your all contact form requirements.

I’m sorry that I write here, but there is no option to contact in other way.

1. I bought few of your licences and I have a problem with auto-update to the 5.4.2 version. I see the “Download failed. Forbidden” message since yesterday. 2. I tried to make a ticket about this on the support page, but I cannot login – after password reset request I didn’t receive the e-mail with the reset-link. I tried twice.

Hello, I have created a page which I want to use as Home Page but How can I make the Home Page Title as H1. I don’t want to show the Page Title Bar. Hello, My default logo size is 160X55. What size would you recommend for the mobile logo as well as sticky header logo.

In our theme we do not change the logo size actually and there is no recommendation or guide when it comes to logo size, people have different size of logos depending on their company / brand name and the amount of characters in it. However for sticky header you can use the same size as main header and for mobile you can decrease the value half if you want to but it totally depends on your own choice :)

Hi, I am interested in this theme and looking forward to purchase however I have one query.

If I de-register the theme on the staging installation will the site cease to function or can I proceed with development so that the live site can be updated/upgraded periodically?

You should have no issues at all after deregistering it and theme should function just fine and good, however you need to make sure that only 1 license is being used on 1 live domain of the theme.

You can make use of nested columns. Please click on the add element button in the 1/2 column and select the nested columns tab, Screenshot here  > https://i.imgur.com/9HovjUw.png

You can now edit the nested column element and add a button in each of the added nested columns

The mobile mode has very less screen real estate due to which the quantity section is not actively visible. You can use the CSS snippet in the link here, https://pastebin.com/2Ex2gXsb

Hello! A legal company bought your theme and installed Avada Fincance Demo (https://avada.theme-fusion.com/finance/).

The website is http://lexnext.it/

As you can see the site is not really responsive cause on some browsers and all smarphone and tables we can see the horizontal scrollbar and contents below header are not displayed properly. The client charged me to contact you directly to solve this issue.

We turned on the Resposive option under Avada > Theme options > Responsive but the visualization is even worse. Can you please help us? I can give you the purchase code of my client.

Hello! I can use a global element created on one site in a completely different site? I thought creating a global element is stored in some cloud of my key token. And it can be used in different projects. I need to create 2 identical containers on 2 different sites. It is very inconvenient to create again and again the same thing.

The colour of the link can be changed depending on the location of the link. For example, in a text block, we can first give a colour to the link and then assign a link, Screenshot here -> https://i.imgur.com/1F2D1O8.png Other links can be changed based on their class names or elements used. You can change the background of the portfolio post by scrolling to the ‘Fusion page options’ in the page builder. Select the ‘Background’ tab and please change the colour from there, Screenshot here  -> https://i.imgur.com/Zfa1WRK.png
