is the multipurpose view broken? All up to date plugins etc, even followed your video how to. When dragging hero into the page, it just creates empty columns and rows. also any way we can download demo multipurpose overlays instead?
i can use install demo but that removes my old layout, i just want to use the demo content design on one of the pages.
Basically, I have the politics theme installed for my homepage design and posts. But I would like example.co.uk/contact Dental Studio demo on the contact page as well, but if I install dental studio it will mess up my homepage because I want that as politics design. Hi, I am having an issue with the theme. I have not activated yet because I am designing on my local server before copying the website into the domain. I added a new page on the menu and tried to edit using tagDiv composer but it keeps loading and never opens the editable page. Is it possible that I am experiencing this because I have not activated the theme? Also, does your theme work with Rss Feed?

The theme can be activated on testing or local environments. The activation key can be reset in the theme panel once you decide to switch domains.
The issue could be related to insufficient resources. Check the theme system status and increase the parameters mentioned in this guide

Then check again if the composer works properly. You could additionally deactivate all plugins except theme plugins to exclude conflicts.
The theme does not have RSS options or settings. You could try plugins for that and make tests.

So the problem is that you cannot login once you update the theme. It could be a plugin to blame. You could try to deactivate all plugins by FTP and try to access admin again

If you deactivated the plugins you mention , try clearing all caches and also browser cache. That could solve the problem. Also if you made modifications to the theme files (mainly login files) temporarily remove them and check the results.

You should consider updating the theme to the latest version. It is always recommended to keep both WordPress and theme up to date. There could be issues with older theme versions and newest WordPress.

Luckily I managed to update to latest version 8.7….. However, this update is buggy and made loading our blog very sluggish…it’s very slow. It took at least 32 seconds (!!!) to load a page. The problem was located at your plugin td-composer: mode-less.js and text.js.
I’m going to revert back to old theme and plugins.
Pls fix this is asap!

Also do not forget to update the theme plugins, the tagDiv composer and multi-purpose plugins are now version 2.0 (deactivate and remove old versions and install the new ones from the theme package).
Check loading speed of the website while having only theme plugins active. Deactivate all others and clear all caching.

Hi i have a presale question: at the moment i manage a news blog and i need to create three images: first 300×300 pixel for rich snippet plugin, second 750×500 pixel for show image correctly in the post and in home page, third 1200×630 pixel to share it on facebook and twitter. The theme will create predefined thumbnail sizes for the images you set as featured, these will then be used on block modules to represent posts. The thumbnail sizes the theme creates can be enabled/disabled in the theme panel.
You can upload images normally with the sizes you want in the media library. If those image sizes are required for you, upload them as mentioned and use them. The theme will not create other sizes then what is predefined.

The problem was to have been updated by Envato Toolkit and Composer. I upgraded via FTP and also TD Composer and everything is ok now

I saw mention a while ago that you were going to add an AMP plugin. Is this in the new release? Your theme docs refer to a free amp plugin, but that seems to exist only to sell paid-for extensions. It would be nice – no, it is important – for a news site to be doing everything possible in google’s eyes.
It’s also not clear from your docs if users should use the tagdiv mobile theme and amp plugins at the same time. Are they the same thing, likely to conflict, or what?

Notice that you can use the twice these plugins in the same time because none of conflicts appear. The AMP plugin will be applied only for post pages and the homepage will remain at the same mode, like in Mobile Theme.

Ah, I thought our site had gone off too after the update. I tried reverting back to 8.6 but the homepage was still blank so having host provider revert back to yesterday. It seems that the update won’t hook to the static page for some reason. When I try to do an update on the page it won’t save. Since so many others are having this issue, I’m assuming the author will be doing a fix.This is the first glitch I’ve ever had with Newspaper after years, so I’m sure they’ll be fixing soon.
