Is it possible to create a horizontal gallery in which all pictures have the same height and their widths are calculated automatically – so the real proportions of the footage are always shown?

The GET IN TOUCH button is added using the Button Shortcode that is created in TATSU and in order to add them, kindly navigate to oshine options -> Top Header Settings -> Header Widgets, there you will see an option calledPosition of Widgets in Header with three containers – left, right and unused. Inside the unused container, you will be able to see a block called code content, please move it to the right container and you will find an option called Content Using Content/Code content below where you have to place the icon shortcodes.

Hi,
I have troubles with Tatsu. It always conflicts with different plugins at different places. I cannot find out why it happens but there is always something wrong.Sometimes it seems that I have solved it and then it dones not work again.
I am listing everything, the old and new problems as well.
1. The BE-Tatsu converter only runs when the wp cerber plugin is switched off.
2. Blog entries with some BE codes (eg BE gallery) were lost when converted. I have to restore them manually. I could not finish this because there are a lot of mistakes and obstacles. Now I cannot insert a gallery again.
3. Tatsu conflicts with the Media Library Assistant plugin. If Media Library Assistant pugin is turned on, you can not attach a photo to pages or blogs. It does not open the gallery. But now, I cannot fill the media library in and select a picture from the gallery if Media Library Assistant plugin is turned off. It is totally hectic and unreliable. I got stuck again today when I wanted to modify an older post because I cannot add a gallery. I already tried Firefox Chrome and Vivaldi browsers.
4. The tatsu has not worked since the last update. One can not edit pages, blogs, etc. Although it is changing because sometimes it works. Today, for example, it refused to load pages for a long time for modification, I stopped the browser and it worked again. This is also unreliable. I do not know why and when. Today the Tawk.to script appeared to hung it. But I do not know for sure.
5. I often get the message that I need to update the Master Slider plugin, but when I press the upgrade button, it says: Refresh package is not available. Installed version: 3.2.0 Minimum required version: 3.2.2 Available version: 3.2.2 So I can not upgrade from 3.2.0 to 3.2.2.
6. The Slider revolution plugin was also in the package I bought, and had to be put up but I cannot update it and I got the message that I should buy it. But I think it was a part of the Oshine package, wasn’t it? Can it be updated or not?

I asked you to see which plugin is causing trouble as with tatsu I could not insert a gallery into blogs. It was completely unnecessary to run the BE to Tatsu Converter plugin again which deleted all my blogs. And the portfolio entries as well were changed what I need to repair again. It turned out that since the tatsu upgrade, it’s conflicting not only with the Media Library Assistant plugin, but also with three other plugins. What know: Media Library Assistant Enhanced Media Library The Events Calendar It also conflicts with WP Cerber Security & Antispam plugin and in this case the support suggested that I should turn off the plugin. I preferred to change the Safe mode in the plugin to “Use less restrictive policies (allow AJAX) . “This is how it works.

This is a pre-sales question. I really like the Designer portfolio layout (v21) where it shows all of the work on front page with an introduction on top. But I’m wondering if it’s possible to customize the front page a bit like adding extra section that shows content like blog posts or other information? Can I add blog to this too since I don’t see any blog and I need it. Thanks!

Thank you so much for purchasing the theme. To answer your question, yes you can have additional content in the Home Page. The contents are added using TATSU – our front end page builder and it is totally customisable. You can definitely add blog posts and have them showcased in your Home Page. You can use the BLOG module in TATSU to pull up your posts in the Home Page. Do let me know if you need further assistance.

We need to create pages very similar to https://es.coursera.org/learn/data-scientists-tools?action=enroll where at the left side there is a fixed menu (that can have different options at each portfolio page) and at the right side is located all the content in a single page.
Is it possible to build this kind of pages using this theme ? At the demos I did not see any sample of menu located at the sidebar.

Hi Pavithra, what is it shown at the left side is it a Wordpress menu or are just links ? Because we need different options (links) at each Portfolio page, so Wordpress menus would not work for us. Thanks !

This is the Wordpress Menu. Unfortunately, you cannot have another Fixed Sidebar apart from the menu to navigate within sections in your Page.

We wonder if at the http://brandexponents.com/oshin/blog/portfolio/left-fixed-sidebar/ sample page, the left fixed sidebar is implemented as a wordpress widget (common to all portfolio items) or if it is content that belongs to each portfolio.
What we need is to have a different content at the left sidebar for each portfolio item. For example: a navigable menu with links to different places on the portfolio (onepage navigation).

The Content in the Left Fixed Sidebar is added within the respective Portfolio Post. You can add different content for each of the Portfolio. You can add links in this content area. However they cannot be linked to the Images on the Right side.

@brandexponents i am currently using Oshine 4.6.1. i am afraid to upgrade because worried about migration issues. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY CURRENT VERSION. I tried to so hard, but it seems 4.6.1 does not support excerpt blog post rendering? Am I wrong or is there is something I am missing?

I understand that you are apprehensive about updating the theme. But it is always recommended that you keep your theme, plugin and wordpress updated at all times. We have launched a lot of new features in TATSU and the latest version of the theme. You can be sure that the content will me migrated successfully. All our existing customers have been there and there are no known issues with the migration. And about the excerpt , the excerpt will take effect on blog posts, only if you have enabled and added the content using BE PAGE BUILDER. On other cases, the content will be demarcated using the READ MORE tag in the content area.

Hi, Is there anyway to set the width in the single page portfolio? I builded the page and it looks good but when I expended the browser the layout changed and looks bad. I cant find any setting for width of full screen wrap in both Section or Portfolio pages, can you help?

I had a fatal error and I followed the directions to update my version of Oshine through a FTP. I got everything running and installed/updated all my plugins. My homepage and all my portfolio pages have a border around them that I can’t get rid of. Also, on my homepage I now have text links to each portfolio piece at the top of the page. Originally my homepage was just the 6 images below the text. Also, for each portfolio page there is a breadcrumb – how do I get rid of text links, the border and the breadcrumb? The “text links” I was calling out are the Category filter’s. I selected “No” and they still show on my homepage.

When page is loading the screen is white, I’have try to fix it with cache plugin, but is not solved, if is unsolvable problem another way is change the white with black, I’ve added on header.php style body #000 but I have’nt any result

The White Screen does not appear when we test the site. This could have been temporary issue. I can share a scree recording with you if required. Kindly test this once again and let me know.
However the option to change the BG of the Content Area and Body is present in the options panel under OSHINE OPTIONS > BACKGROUNDS.

To move contents from one Wordpress site to another, you can use the Wordpress Importer plugin. Navigate to TOOLS > EXPORT in your source site and click on WORDPRESS IMPORT in the table. The contents will be downloaded in xml format. You can then import this file in your destination site under the options TOOLS > IMPORT.

the header is at the frist time trasparent and then in the Sticky Header mode become dark, how can I set the page in this mode? Also the size of the cover image is not customizable because any values is put in the box “Custom Height” not have any result. Help
