We have a issue with Porto… After many years of good work after the last update of woocommerce it shows the uncategorized category in our website. I do not have access to your support system but we also have the latest version.

Can you please check your site System Status and make sure that there will be no any label appear in red if yes then solve that first and then Please update your theme again via CPanel hope you will not find an issue.
Please try to update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme) 2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme) 3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes. 4. Extract the zip file of the theme there. 5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.
Your theme will be updated easily.
And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

You need to set the product size again by following the steps given below then regenerate the thumbnails again your issue will solve.
To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to customize>WooCommerce>Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.

Please go Woocommerce > Settings on admin sidebar.
Please click Products tab.
Please click Display link.
Please go Product Images and change the image sizes.

2. You can see the changes to front-end instantly by clicking the preview changes button from the page backend but sometimes it will not work or show you the changes because of the server, site or browser cache: http://prntscr.com/ih6fzu
3. If you do not want to change the size of the Logo in the sticky header then you can set the Logo size for the sticky header from Appearance >> Theme Options >> General >> Logo, Icons: https://prnt.sc/ih6ggn
4. You can do it by Custom CSS.

It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

I’ve been a long time user of your theme. You’re responsive to support requests. I have something that’s a little annoying and thought I’d ask here in case there’s an easy fix I’m overlooking.
Every time I update your theme all of my widgets reset and I have to go re-add about 15 of them every time. I am using the child theme and it doesn’t seem to make a difference. If you can help me, please, I’m listening.

I just downloaded and installed the updated theme but it overwrote all my styling. What’s the point of having a child theme if that’s what happens when you update?

If you did styling and customization is the child theme then that should not be overridden but if you did styling and customizing in the parent theme then before an update you should take backup of your theme and after updating the theme you need to copy that styling and customizing from backup to updated theme then it will work fine for you.

I spoke too soon – the styling carried across but the customisation of the portfolio pages didn’t. The child theme only has functions.php and style.css which you can change – what happens when you want to edit files such as single-portfolio.php which only appear in the parent theme folder?
