I just update into 4.2 version. updated the visual composer & Visual composer addon as well. but Visual composer css not working anymore, those CSS worked till 4.1 version, but in 4.2 those not working anymore. what is the possible problem ?

We removed visual composer add on since 4.0 release. We will still try to add compatibility with VC AddOn(but we forgot in 4.2 release), but please keep in mind that we will not take care on it later.

Hi, since updating to the latest woocommerce and porto files my tabs are now displayed incorrectly on the product page. (moved from under image to under social buttons) The reason is – ul.resp-tabs-list code has changed and is causing the problem. https://imgur.com/a/3u5yg

You are trying to update from very old Theme version to latest Theme Version so you have missed many versions in between it, so there are some design changes as well in the Theme you can check it here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto_landing/

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.

Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before update the theme and also deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is combination of these 3 plugins so before install Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins and in our new update also Ultimate addon for Visual composer Plugin is also excluded, the elements which are used in the site of Ultimate Addon we add those elements in Porto Functionality so no need to worry but you can use Ultimate Addon for visual composer as well it is upto you.

But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements as below:

REQUIREMENTS FOR THEME
You need to agree to the following requirements.
Wordpress 4.0 or higher.
PHP 5.6 or higher.
MySQL 5 or higher.
Memory Limit 64M or higher.
RECOMMENDED PHP CONFIGURATION LIMITS

Many issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

max_execution_time 1000
memory_limit 64M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M

ATTENTION Porto developers: Your update yesterday did NOT fix the issues in SAFARI 11.0.3. My site was working fine until your last 2 updates. Once AGAIN, every single “text box” element is shifted to the left and all of the columns continue to stack on top of each other on full page views. >>>>I am not the only one having this issue. I have put in ticket after ticket after ticket. I have sent screen shots on every ticket as well. It is a bug on your end not ours. PLEASE fix this issue. You need to set the product size again by following the steps given below then regenerate the thumbnails again your issue will solve.

To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to customize>WooCommerce>Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.
