Please , tomorrow I wish to have all the issues solved . Unfortunately , lots of issues are remaining . The pingdom and gtmetrix are so different respect what was promised. there lots of 403 errors, there lots of bugs depending of the browser . Some things are not compatible with SSL . and the SSL is a must at today s date . I am going to wake up early tomorrow and I am going to be ready to help you in order to improve and solve all the issues . Please ,inform the technique team about that and after 50 days hopefully we would be able to solve all the problems that I am suffering as a customer . Because i can not present my webpage to anybody if it is broken or have issues . It is not a professional and not the correct way to do the things . Kind regards ! Please , let s take it seriously and let s improved it . You have all my time that you need . I am quiet sure that everyone is agree that the theme must be fast ( gtmetrix , pingdom results ) , reliable ( not bugs depending of the browser ) and safe ( accepting the SSL completely ) . It s quiet beneficious for both parts for all the users and for you as an author .
Hi, there I can see support team was working on your site. almost all of your issues are addressed, it’s not script’s compatibility issue rather SSL is blocking scripts. you have to contact your host and ask them to check it out. 403 is another server-side issue its permission issue may be caused by SSL or some server configuration. keep in touch with technical team rather than commenting here. with the old version of the plugin the website is running, as i install the new version of it i get an error 500…

I really like your classifieds theme but I had some questions before I purchase it.
1. Messaging system is like Private messaging with threads or just comment style back and forth? 2. Bidding system – if bids are approved – can payments be made via invoicing system of woocommerce payments? Can you explain or so a more detailed demo of the bidding system from start to finish. 3. Does the classifieds theme and woocommerce interact nicely so there could be items for sale as well as classified ad purchases or other purchases? 4. Can the submit form be customized or is it pretty locked in and all fields are necessary? I would like to be able to customize form including adding new fields if necessary. 5. Do you offer customizations features – I think this website was originally your theme – borroclub.co.uk and I looking for something similar. Any additional help or info you could offer would help me make a decision. Please review and advise. Thanks.
1) users can communicate from their profile via the instant message system 2) no bids are working like instant messages with bidding amount its just to give an offer to the seller. after all, it’s not marketplace rather classified theme. 3) yes you can sell ads and products as well 4) you can customize submission form with custom content fields based on level, location, categories 5) yes we offer customization, its paid service mentioned website is based on classiads old version which will be removed from the package in future and styles will be converted to classiadspro
sorry to post here, but if I don’t complain here then my tickets do not get noticed for several days or weeks. Theme has not been working without bugs since I bought it over 6 weeks ago, the update fixed some things but broke others.
Nothing will be broken just needs some configuration for new features and options, as for as response concerned we are handling tickets regularly and i have no influence on support team they will address your issues as per queue, its sunday have some patience support team will contact you as soon as possible

OK . I am just trying to solve a problem that i am having with your theme since 10th of January . I have a deadline and i have had to wait a month for the update because everything would be solved . And after waiting more than a month there are lot of bugs on google chrome , mozilla, internet explorer, opera and vivaldi last versions of the browsers. I have checked them in different devices and use friends of mine that have not visited the website never . So it is not a caching problem . I would like to have a proper working website because I have paid and I have paid 12 months support . I respect your job and your theme but obviously after waiting more than a month for the desired update you must be agree that I could be dissapointed with the result . I do not wish refund i just need a proper theme that it is working . Honestly , at today s day the theme can not be used if you are looking for a quality ads site . Please , solve all the issues that i am providing you asap . I have submit lots of issues in January attaching a screenshots and the promise of your team was pretty clear. Please wait the next update and it would be solved . After spending the whole night i have seen that unfortunately is not the case . I respect your theme is a great one , but if you have lots of bugs obviously is something that must be repaired . I think that all the users and customers and you would be completely agree that the theme must be working perfectly . I do not wish nothing else of what i wish from another themes . Have a nice day !
as per mentioned above, all your issues will be resolved by support team not me, i am not part of technical team, i can see your ticket in queue but how we can bypass the customers waiting for response before you, definitely we will resolve all of your issues if there any, But commenting here just after each ticket reply is not a good thing, i can see after new update a lot of settings has been changed so technical team may need to configure your site properly, and your comments miss guiding other people that this theme is full of bugs, please have some patience, technical team will address all of your issues shortly. I am not asking you to do so . Obviously if after 2 days i receive a messaga as it would be done in next updates …. I have received this sort of message a month ago …. One thing is answer time 2 days and completely another time to solve your problem . Right now in my personal case we are speaking about more than 30 +days at todays date . Honestly , after more than 30 days i have the right to claim a good proper solution ( it is my personal opinion ) . I am not trying to do negative comments for your theme and job but if someone is thinking about updating the theme he/she must be completely aware that it could have a really negative consequences over the behaviour of their websites . At today s date . I think that it could be a nice idea to be done together after contacting you and selecting a date an hour that are convenient for both parts because unfortunately the result of the update is not stable . and it there is a higher probability to need a professional help of the team . To sum up , i do not care if all of my problems are completely solved in 48 hours , but obviously if after waiting 48 hours the answer is going to be done in the future ….. honestly , is not the very best way to do the things. When you solve all of the problems i Am going to create a good comment . I am completely fair -good theme and good service is 10/10 and when is not the case i must to do something to achieve a ¨working¨theme without bugs . Thank you for your time and consideration . don’t worry as of we are free from the major update, now we will fix these small issues at runtime if there is any.
Roughly everything has been solved . After 4 hours improving and solving problems of the theme everything is getting better. 10/10 customer support today . Nice job ! Right now I am going to recommend it completely .

I have a few questions about the classiads Theme. We are currently running a wordpress classiefied website with the classipress theme. Our website link is Handelsport.nl . We are considering to switch to ur theme. Our current website is focused on only sport articles. But before we switch I have some questions?
- We have currently 600 ads running on our website with the classipress theme. Is it possible to transfer those ads to your theme? If its not, is it possible to transfer the user info what can be found by ‘users’? - - In which way it is possible to aks money for ads? - Is it possible to ask small prices for featured ads? – Is it possible to ask small prices for users who want their ads above other users ads? Like placing above ‘normal’ ads or an option to bump their ads? – Is Dutch language available? Or is it easy to translate?

Hi, Thank you for showing interest, 1) you can import ads in csv formate but there may be some limit to data like map coordination. 2) no, maybe some third-party plugins available to import user then transfer ads to them. 3) yes you can create multiple pricing plans based on featured ads, sticky ads, raise up ad, level, category, content fields etc 4) classiads is fully translatable, translation templates are included you can translate in any language easily
