I’ve updated to the latest version of betheme but Now I’m getting error during intalling pre-buit websites. And After clicking on INTALL NOW on selected version of BeTheme I’m facing this error: “Can not get domain name.” What is this now? Thanks
Looks like your domain is not registered or license key was already used for another site. In such case, please de-register license under BeTheme > Dashboard section and then register again.

On one-page page when navigation to a section why the URL does not include the current section like #!/team in this theme https://the7.io/agency/#!/team ? Can custom html anchors be inserted inside the one-page page ?

Hello , 1- Is it possible to create global layouts ? a) I mean if I created layout for custom post type can it be applied to all current items of that CPT ?
b) and is it possible to make any layout associated with post type or page or even taxonomies to be automatically assigned for newely created items of that CPT ?
c) I want something like Toolset Layouts plugin with Toolset Views ! so that I’m able to create conditional content globally.
2- Is it possible to create posts loop templates ?
a) some thing like grid builder in Visual composer plugin or Toolset Views

there is option to set ‘featured image’ – how does it work for this particular demo style?
Featured Image is default WP field/options and it could be set for posts. This option is on the right hand side while you edit/create post pages. For more details please click here.

Here’s the link: http://raisingtheamazing.com The problem is with the text color. We used your Wanderer layout and right now I want to change the text color on “about us” section. For the Heading, I used a different H5 style as a temporary fix.
We want to recreate the same idea you guys used on gsmservice layout.. In some sections used a white background with the text in black/grey and in others used a colored background and texts in white. http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/gsmservice/
So to do this that way, you need to set class name for the section where About Us text is and then control its colors with custom css.

I created a post as a test (Typical Day at Amazing Explorers) and it didn’t show any description in the list of the posts. Just the title, author, etc. However, second one, a post that came with the theme, shows the title and the description. I didn’t find where you guys added that description. Could you help me? thanks
How you made did post? Did you used Muffin Builder for the content? If yes, did you set Excerpt?
I realized that the excerpts only come when is written in wordpress default editor. In the begginer I used Muffin Builder for the content. However, I found a way to solve my problem. It was posted on your forum on April 17 by “palobk61”.
- I’m using the standard WP-content section for my content. Then I select “Hide the content” in the Muffin-builder. Then I add a section to the post, and put in a “placeholder”-element + a “content wp”-element.
It works fine for me
Let me know if it is possible to set excerpt without doing that.

What you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:

what are you taking about ??? i purchased the theme, with support, also, this is just some text that shows up when for example, you share website link on Facebook.
it is same as page name text, and meta description of site. nothing to do with policy.
so , where can i remove this text?
you told me in what file, but don’t find this text in it, there is no need for a web developer, as it is your theme , and it is your job to provide support on this!
We are sorry to hear that you do not understand policy but this is what the license says. You are asking us how to remove something what is hardcoded in files and all such customisations need to be done by your web developer.
We have an option to change description only and this could be done under BeTheme Options > SEO section so maybe you did not express yourself well when you said How can I remove … from source code.

Hello, I found this. And I must admit, this is very very good theme!!! There is only 2 problems left:
1st Problem: My contact form is not working, it says “[contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]” but there is.. I couldn’t solve the problem. Can you help me if I create an admin account for you?
2nd Problem: I couldn’t find where I can change the “Buy Now” button on top right menu. In menu section, there is not any button like this? I want the same button for my courses’s discount link page. How and where can I change it?

1. This is shortcode and you see it instead of form because you did not installed necessary plugins before demo import. And now, we suggest to clear WP using WP Reset plugin, install necessary plugins and then do the complete import.
2. This is Action Button and you can modify this button under Header & Subheader > Extras section.

Hi, the revolution slider Instagram is failing to load the stream. I have registered the client with Instagram but somehow it is not working. my website is www.baselineventure.com. Because of the instagram failing to load, the entire layout of he home page is getting messed up.
