I have the latest Avada theme in the website. After following all your instructions in your support page and documentation, I still get this error message in the registration – “Invalid token, or corresponding Envato account does not have Avada purchased.”. It seems that many Avada users have been having problems registering their Avada purchased product.

Have you followed the instructions here in this case => http://bit.ly/2h4ggjY if the token is still coming invalid that means your server / hosting provider is not able to make a proper connection with the ENVATO to verify the token, in that case you can get in touch with the hosting provider. We are glad to hear that you are interested in our theme and we can assure you it will be an awesome experience using Avada, Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license, so in your case you will need 2 licenses each for both domain.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I have purchased this theme because you made me believe it had proper galleries integrated into the theme and there isn’t any. So compared to “The 7” and most recently “Liza from Pixel-Mafia” You guys are too far from being the best and there aren’t any proper plugins on the market as you must know, So thank you so much for nothing, just a waste of time.

Everything advertized about and for Avada is 100% accurate as stated. Furthermore, comparing themes is not valid in the fact that no two themes are alike in functionality offered or design layout, this is by intention because themes compete. The Avada theme has a gallery element and numerous configurable options for that. Have you tried that? Yes, I have used the gallery in conjunction with the portfolio and lightbox I have tried all the possible settings available and I feel frustrating. To be honest I was expecting some more options and I don’t mean like “The 7” because they are just too many and I don’t care about the competition… Myself I am not competing with no one, I’m just looking for a good service. I like AVADA it’s great no doubts about but, I’m not satisfied.

Good Day,
I am building site and had dark scheme in place. I reset 1 section under Theme Options that had nothing to do with Theme scheme and the dark scheme disappeared. Also Red Predefined Color Scheme, instead of green, doesn’t work.
I emptied cache, force quit browser, restarted Mac and still light scheme. I even deleted theme/child and uploaded them back in and still light Theme and Green Color Scheme; even though it shows dark and red if I click on customize on Avada Child Theme. At a loss what to try next. It’s like something is hung up. Please advise. Thanks!
NOTE: my support just expired and would like to know where to fix this issue. I’m pretty literate when it comes to code, myphpadmin, etc., w/o having to buy more support

We hear you loud and clear, however, there are two very important points that we need to clarify:
1 – Envato introduced paid item support, we as theme authors did not and we had zero control or influence over this. It was introduced in September 2015. We did not want it and did not ask for it and it applies to all theme authors on Themeforest. We, in fact, Grandfathered our customers that had purchased Avada prior to the 1st of September 2015 -> http://bit.ly/1SwDKpe
2 – The Themeforest comments section is not and cannot be used for theme support, it is meant for pre-sale questions and generalities only
- I checked our support system and this has not been reported as an issue for Avada 5.4.2 and I am not able to replicate this on my test install either. It is near impossible to guess what the issue might be without actually checking the install.
Is your theme up to date to the latest version, version 5.4.2? Are all patches applied? Have you checked the Avada System Status page and addresses any server configuration limits in red? Have you disabled all 3rd party plugins to check for plugin conflicts?

I figured out what was causing the break. I was trying to serve images from a static, cookieless subdomain, which in turn broke the site.
Could you direct me to an article on how to do this properly with Avada please? Or can you tell me when an update will be coming that will allow this procedure without breaking the site? Thanks!

Hi Ammar,
Troubleshooting is easy enough on your end and I’m not asking for support. I’m asking if or when you will update your theme to allow serving images from a sub-domain without it breaking my site(s) using Avada. An update coming: Yes or no? If yes, how soon?
What is happening: When images are served on a static sub-domain, meaning images uploaded on main site are actually uploaded to static.subdomain instead, some of the code/items from Avada go over with them. This should not be the case, thus why I believe it’s in your code/development and an update is needed. More and more WP users are putting this into practice and Avada should do this too w/o site breaking.
I’m speaking to changing the upload_path and upload_url_path for my uploaded images/ files only, not any part of the Avada theme. For example: images would be upload to media.domainname.com, instead of domainname.com No matter how I set this up, via config.php, .htaccess or within the DB directly, the site breaks and I’ve been trying for over a week on a fresh site thankfully! I was baffled when part of Avada actually went under Settings in WP and theme options was all messed up.
If you have no plans of correcting this, then a client and I personally, will unfortunately take a loss on Avada and find a theme that will do what I/we need. As you know cookie based images put a hit on speed, page load, etc. and I wish to stop this by serving them on a cookie-less, static sub-domain, as done by other WP websites, when one has a ton of images. BTW, I have done this successfully on other websites, but can’t specifically with Avada.

Basically its not about replicating but seeing how the problem generates in first place even if there is a problem, basically Theme Options should have nothing to do with the way your images are uploaded or your upload path as far as we know and in order to replicate or understand the issue we will be needing more details such as what specific theme options are getting messed up for you? How exactly are you importing the images to another static domain aswell? Basically we need more details other than “Theme Options area breaking” and for that we need a proper ticket where our support team can communicate and troubleshoot issue with you.

In essence you are telling me: You have customers who are successfully uploading images from their Avada site to a static sub-domain and I am the only one with this issue? Correct?
If this is correct, then I’ll think about paying for support. If not, then how can you ask me to assist in finding a solution to something you haven’t tested nor successfully done yourself? I’m very busy and truthfully, that is not my job….

What I am saying here is that we have not yet received any ticket or request like that where people are uploading images to static sub domain and having issues so perhaps this is not a common practice yet? I have definitely not personally tested this as I am hearing about this first time right now and it appears this will require a specific setup so in a nutshelll this is difficult to verify without testing.
In this case if you do not want to purchase our license please do email us at support@theme-fusion.com and provide complete instructions on what you are doing to replicate this issue so we can see it in action on your site, this way we will be able to communicate better with you and see where the problem resides or if we need to make adjustment to our theme files.

If he agrees to use Avada, I will uninstall Avada from my “demo site” and use it on my customer’s web site. Hi, I cant figur out how to create a custom contact form that looks something like the one on Avada contact page demo. The contact form 7 forms displays only one field in one row. What im truing to achieve is three input fields in one row and the message input box in the other and then the submit buton just like the form displayd in the defalt demo avada contact us page.

Hi Guys! Is there any way to have a flip box, so it flips back to the front individually on mobiles. At the moment you can only turn a flip box by tapping on another one… Also if you have only one flip box, it does not even turn back to the front on mobile when you tap it. Cheers, Pete

Becuase it is on mobile and a tap gesture is required as the action, that would be default behavior. In terms of the single flip box, I am not able to replicate that on mobile using an iPhone 8 or Samsung S8, we would need to take a closer look at your site to help

Thanks a million for getting back to us.
I am not really concerned about a single flip box, as we are planning to add more than one… we are planning to create flashcards for people to learn english.
Now my question is, that is it possible to assign an action to the tap gesture, so each card can be flipped to the back and front individually?
So if I have two or more cards on the page, I can tap card no.1 to flip and tap it again to flip back and so on. Our goal is to be able flip each card individually, and the “flip to the back and front” action would not be related to other cards.

This would actually depend on how your setup is. In a mobile device, we do not have a mouse to hover, so a tap gesture is what emulates a hover. When you tap on a flip box, it actually is emulating the hover effect, which is eventually flipping the boxes. If you tap anywhere else (or on any other flip box) the hover state will be gone. You would need custom code to for a flipbox to retain it hover effect for mobile mode until they are tapped on once again. The flip boxes do use CSS and JS. We really can comment on nature of customisation as this would depend on the expertise of the user/developer.

I understand how it works, but a “second tap” action should be introduced as a single flip box retain an active state on mobile devices… also If you look at this flip box demo on your mobile http://flipboxtest.coolplugins.net/flipboxes-demos/ you can see that when you tap and flip a box, you can actually tap again to flip it back to the front… this is what I am looking for. So the boxes do not rely on each other in order to flip them…

In our theme you can either click on an empty space on page if you are using 1 single flipbox or another flipbox is more than one is used and that should flip it in opposite direction.

Hello! I am making an archive page for a specific category. In this page I use the Blog Module twice, because I want to get 3 article, then other stuff, and then another 6 article. So I activate the pagination only for the second Blog module, but when I go on page 2 I get the first 3 articles of the second Blog module of page one.

The testimonial font size is controlled by the body font size. You can change this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Theme Options > Typography > Body Typography

Please add this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Theme Options > Custom CSS
This will only change the testimonial font size.

1) Please disable all unwanted plugins. Each plugin will load its own script and CSS
2) Ensure that not too many different fonts are used on your site
3) You can disable unused Avada features by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Theme features
You can use a cache plugin like the W3TC plugin. We do have recommended settings available too here

However, these are generic settings and they have to be fine-tuned as per your site
You can also go into chrome inspector mode and check the network tab (need to refresh the page once) to see which JS or CSS or Img file is taking up a lot of load time
