Yes, you can work on staging domain and then you can transfer website to live domain without problems. If you have one license just make sure that you are using theme on one live domain. Staging and temp domains are not a problem.

Envato sell items and provide a license key but it is not required to provide license for domain so we are not requiring this step, but we have included Envato market plugin as suggested, and you can communicate with Envato API and auto update theme when you add token to it. Regarding license, just use theme on single public domain, and for additional websites purchase another license.

You can create post and set it to be video post. For video post type you can provide Vimeo or Youtube video, and it will be displayed within posts list in any blog page template. You can see vimeo post example in original demo for example http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge/blog/masonry/ . Note that after uploading your video to YouTube, you can’t fetch it automatically, so you will have to create post and to provide video link for it. Videos in posts can be played but not in same way like with Video Box element as you can see in provided link.

Elements holder is for having equal height columns without spacing between them. One solution is to add custom css and I suggested to contact support for that so they can help.

Demo import may overwrite your existing content if you have same page names so it would be best to edit landing page over text editing mode and to copy raw shortcodes from it in order to save code with notepad as txt file just in case, so if page is overwrite you can easily restore it.

Or, you can use some landing page plugin / maintenance mode plugin while you are building your website.

Regarding setting up caching plugins general instruction is to enable caching features one by one and to try every page on your website in order to check if everything is working. If something is out of order please disable last enabled feature / change it’s setting, clear plugin cache, and try again.​ If you have problems with some caching plugin try some other.
