If you have any 3rd plugins please deactivate them except theme plugins. Then test templates. If you still get same result, let us know.

Howdy. I am having an issue with the Theme Options.. None of the buttons are active throughout the entire customizer. For ex: I can’t upload a logo, as the “upload” button does nothing. How can I resolve this?

Have you any other plugins except theme plugins active on your site? It may there is a conflict or JS error on your customize page.

I basically have the same problem.
Colour adaptions are only made in the preview sector and not on the website after Publihing. And after trying some few colours the preview sector doesnt make any changes as well.
I am using the Theme. ; Agency.
I am not familer with CSS and all that. Just beginner Wordpress.

Hi I have just purchased your theme and imported the Construction demo. I am using the Revolution Slider on the homepage, but I need to change the size of it (smaller height), as I don’t want it to cover the full page when accessing the website, so that other elements can be showcased from the start. I checked the Slider Revolution settings but I cannot seem to find where is that possible to do. I would greatly appreciate if you could help me out with this, as it is very important. Error 500 is a general error related to server PHP memory or sometimes PHP version. Please upgrade your PHP to 7 or at least 5.6 and also increase your PHP memory limit to 128M

FYI, your first contact template (the gray one) does not work. It doesn’t show anything.
Edit hotspot then try to drag hotstop ( While hotstop modal is open ), it will automatically change top and left offset values.
I will check contact form and will fix it soon.

FYI again, there is a small error on your Contact Form 7 Pro element. I have tried to use it and it gives me an endless scrollable page. I think you have forgotten an end trail in your php code.
Please, also add the preset layouts for contact forms just like in your demos. Because there is no preset installed in your element. Thank you

Currently its not possible for adding image instead icon, We have this feature in update list and in version 1.3 or 1.4 we will add option for using image instead icon.

About responsive, go to Theme Options > General Settings > Responsive and once turn it off then turn it on, then save options. It seems your responsive option not saved correctly.
About scrollbar, Its unknown issue, Please go to Theme Options > General Settings > NiceScroll and turn it OFF. Then test your site. If still have same problem, send your site login credential via our profile page contact form, We will check your site.

Trying to figure out how to have an additional row in the footer. Currently I have a menu in the “top of footer” and a copyright notice in the “bottom of footer”. I’d like to have another row in between that contains my social icons. (all centered). Is this possible?
Maybe I’m just not understanding properly how to add new rows….

Its not possible currently but we have this plan for future updates, We need more time to decide about how to increase number of rows. I have a solution for you.
1. Create a new page and just add Icons and Socials element in center mode
2. Go to Appearance > Widgets and add Page Content widget to Footer 1
3. Go to Theme Options > Footer > Footer Widgets and change styling of footer widget, Also change footer layout to 1/1

Yes I do have SSL activated on the site. Is that be a problem?
The site is under construction. But could the SSL be a problem?
Actually when you imported demo, logo in theme options stored with http:// and comes from our server to your site.
You can simply go to Theme Options > Header > Logo and replace logo.
PS. We know there are some issues with SSL certificates, So we’re working on the new update and will fix issues soon.

Yes, I tried to replace the logo, but it still doesn’t show. I guess it is the SSL issue. Kindly fix it as soon as possible:). I just bought another licence for the theme, because I like it’s ease of customability. I will try to reinstall the theme and the logo. If it doesn’t work I will get back to you. Thanks.

You do not need to activate/register any plugins with code or key. Just go to Plugins and make sure all plugins are activated for use. We will update plugins via each theme update.

2. About header builder: Does it have option to place widget area in header or to insert custom shortcode in header? (your tutorial video is too fast and it’s difficult to see possible header elements from drop down menu)

I love the lawyer theme, exactly what I needed but I’m struggling to turn it into a light theme, it’s a bit dark for me. Would be nice to see an option to switch between dark and light mode.
