Try this, First go to Plugins and delete Codevz Plus plugin then reinstall new version from Appearance > Install Plugins

Now edit your home page and click on update button. Then test your site.

I have updated the theme using Envato Market plugin and ALL MY CUSTOMIZATIONS AND TEXTS FROM THE UPLOADED DEMO DISSAPEARED! Can you please tell me how to update the theme not loosing everything?

By the way, will restoring my WP backup created with “WordPress back up” plugin return all the theme texts and adjustments?

For spa demo, go to Dashboard > Pages and you can find “Popup – Make an Appointment” page. Popup have “make_appointment” ID and anywhere via ”#make_appointment” link you can open it.

1. Are you on fresh WP installation? If you can’t see that, go to Appearance > Install Plugins

2. About error, follow this post: http://xtratheme.com/help/http-error-500/

3. WordPress recommended PHP 7.2 and you should ask it from your hosting support for upgrading your PHP to latest version. You can read here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

PS. Usually hosting supporters will tell you that problem is theme, because they do not want to upgrade something on your server.

Hi, Thank you for your advice, My hosting have PHP version 5.6 I don’t know XTRA theme can support for this version.

Yes theme supports at least PHP 5.6 but for better performance for both server and theme, is better to have PHP 7 or greater. Also PHP memory limit 128M is perfect.

I replaced them when they disappeared. Couldn’t leave my client’s site with no contact form. You were right that a shortcode did appear when I updated the plugin so I think I just did it in the wrong order and need to update the theme first, then the plugin.

Did you imported any demo? Or you are working on site from scratch?

First you need to add social icons from Customize > Header > Social icons

Then for example go to Customize > Header > Header and add new element then select Social Icons element.

Go to Theme Options > Header > Header and find Logo element, open it you can see Size field. Its now set on 100px, You can change it example to 200px

My workaround:

1. To avoid the JS-error I changed this line in the “custom.js” as follows:

var item = $( $( this ).attr( "href" ) );

to

This makes an the “http(s)://www.xyz.xyz/#anchor to #anchor and keeps the cool mobile “smooth-scroll-to-anchor-and-slide-in”-menu-effect.

2. To link to an anchor of an other page and keeping the “smooth-scroll-effect” on “One-pagers” I did as follows:

a) I added a body-class (e. g. #xyz) and a menu-class (e. g. #abc) for these pages where I need the “externat-anchor-links” and excluded them from:

mLink = $( "a[href*='#'], a[href*='$']" ).not( 'body.xyz li.abc a, .wc-tabs a, .cz_edit_popup_link, .page-numbers a' );

Now it works for me like a charm.
