We fixed popup issue on offcanvas menu, just you need to clear your browser cache after updating.
About responsive stretch row, If its possible for you record video and send download link to us via our profile page contact form, Currently we can’t find exactly whats the problem on rtl sites.

Update this file “plugins > codevz-plus > assets > codevzplus.js” and this file “themes > xtra > js > custom.js” then clear your browser cache and test popup.

Its not possible yet but we have it on our next update list. If you have plan to purchase our theme, In the next update, by changing excerpt length option to 0, blog posts will display full post content instead excerpt.

Could you please give me your site link? Sometimes it happens due to disconnecting servers, You can delete pages imported, then again import demo and only check Content and Attachments then click on import.

Try this, First go to Plugins and delete Codevz Plus plugin then reinstall new version from Appearance > Install Plugins
Now edit your home page and click on update button. Then test your site.

Even if I have changed the images and the text being seen when I share on social media I still get the default text of Xtra App.
I have changed the text through customization on Site Identity and through YOAST.
Is there something more I need to do?

Go to Theme Options > General Settings > SEO and leave empty Description and Keywords fields, Then you can use Yoast plugin.

I have updated the theme using Envato Market plugin and ALL MY CUSTOMIZATIONS AND TEXTS FROM THE UPLOADED DEMO DISSAPEARED! Can you please tell me how to update the theme not loosing everything?
By the way, will restoring my WP backup created with “WordPress back up” plugin return all the theme texts and adjustments?

hello there i’ve encountered a problem while importing demos its not loaded fully and times out sometimes and if i do it one by one i get an issue with the sliders using wordpress on hostgator.

I am using the spa demo. There are tow issues I am hving with it. The first one is I don’t know how to eliminate the pop-up which flies into the home page upon opening. The second issue is the appointment tab on the menu. It is not attached to any page, so I don’t know how to edit it. I like the appointment block, but I cannot make it with contact form 7: So I will like to edit the one on the demo, but I cannot find its location.

For spa demo, go to Dashboard > Pages and you can find “Popup – Make an Appointment” page. Popup have “make_appointment” ID and anywhere via ”#make_appointment” link you can open it.

Today I Bought your the xtra theme for my website name www.plasticstrapthai.com and look at youtube “How to Install XTRA WordPress Theme” for guideline. 1.When I install it dose not have words “Begin installing plugins” on my Themes Page like your video. 2.When I click Activate I can’t open my website it has a message “HTTP ERROR 500”. 3.I contact to my web hosting he told me that “PHP Fatal error “ both solve my problem and suggest me to use other themes in stead. I activate Twenty Seventeen Themes it’s ok. 4.I try XTRA again but the problem is the same.

1. Are you on fresh WP installation? If you can’t see that, go to Appearance > Install Plugins
2. About error, follow this post: http://xtratheme.com/help/http-error-500/
3. WordPress recommended PHP 7.2 and you should ask it from your hosting support for upgrading your PHP to latest version. You can read here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
PS. Usually hosting supporters will tell you that problem is theme, because they do not want to upgrade something on your server.

Yes theme supports at least PHP 5.6 but for better performance for both server and theme, is better to have PHP 7 or greater. Also PHP memory limit 128M is perfect.

Where would I find the updated version of Codevz Plus?
Delete it from your plugins then you can install new version from Appearance > Install Plugins
Also latest version of plugins included in the full package and you can download package from themeforest.
I’ve replaced them now but, as a note, doing this deleted my Contact7 Pro form and button from the page!
This is impossible, When you delete plugin element will show shortcode text then when you install new version, again element should works like before.

It seems your Contact form and button works. Did you have still problem on viewing them?
I replaced them when they disappeared. Couldn’t leave my client’s site with no contact form. You were right that a shortcode did appear when I updated the plugin so I think I just did it in the wrong order and need to update the theme first, then the plugin.

Did you imported any demo? Or you are working on site from scratch?
First you need to add social icons from Customize > Header > Social icons
Then for example go to Customize > Header > Header and add new element then select Social Icons element.
