Of course it is ! After using the ” Using_Permalinks ” we discovered that the only way using your theme is using the index.php in the middle of each URL , You knew the issue before requested us to pay for support , Can you or cannot solve the issue ? if not please refund us .

As we told you above that that the issue you are facing is not the Theme issue it is your server issue and also provide you the solution as well now that issue will only be solved by your hosting provider so please ask your hosting provider to solve it for you and without extending support extension we are unable to check/solve/provide solution to an issue to the customer because we have to follow the Envato policy.

Sorry to say that it is not possible to send you that page. That page is only to show the demo pages and feature of the Porto theme. You can easily create that page by using the different VC elements and custom CSS code.

I have been entering product pages and need to reorder the products so that they appear in a more logical order. How do I do this?

To add additional information to my message, we need to order the products on their respective category pages in a specific order, not by alphabetical or by most recent product added. We’ve added the Simple Custom Post Order plugin and then we went to Products in the backend and clicked on a specific category and re-arranged and drag and dropped the products like we want, but they do not appear that way on the front end of the website. In looking at how they actually display, it seems they are ordered by Product ID # and that is “over-riding” our re-ordering using the Simple Custom Post Order. How can we get the products to appear on the front end in the way we arrange them per category in the back end? We can provide WP login if needed. Thank you!

Please install the primary demo you want to use on your live site and install the resume demo on the localhost then just create the new page on your primary live site. Now go to localhost edit the page you want on the live site and copy and paste that page code to the live site newly created page you will find your necessary page to live site.

Hello, to install demos, the Envato app is required and to receive updates from the WordPress panel?

And to install demos Envato App is not required you need to check system status from Porto >> system status and make sure that not a single label remain as red background if yes then solve it first then after that install/activate all the required/recommended plugins from Porto >> Plugins and then after that just got to Porto >> Install demo and click on install button.

And you can update your Theme via Cpanel/FTP.

Hi. Quick View is only working when user is loged in. If the user us logged off, I get an error. I did some search arrownd and apears that ajax is configured to work only with logged in users. How do I fix this?

Hi There, first of all, I love this theme. You guys did a great job!!!!! I need a little help. My top menu gonna be the main menu. The background colour is white. When i hover the menu links the background going to be blue. But what i want is that when the menu active i want the background blue too. But somehow i cant do that. I tried with some css code to. We have not tested this plugin yet with our theme and it’s not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us, but we think that if the plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme like Porto. You can also confirm from the plugin author.

We give our dedicated support for the theme issues not for the 3rd party plugins. Please ask the plugin author to solve this issue on your site. I hope you can understand our limitations and policy.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, license works with the number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

Please update your theme to the latest version in which we have removed the registration tab so no need to registering the theme before using it. You can easily use it without registering it.

But Before an update please take the complete backup of your site current version.

And there are some design changes as well in our latest update so you can check it here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto_landing/

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.
