Hello, does your theme can achieve a menu for woocommerce like this ?
http://quadmenu.com/Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. X can display the number of cart items and cart total in the navbar. There isn’t a way to show the cart items as a dropdown, but clicking it will take you to the cart directly.
hi gyus, pre-sale question: is it possible to design my site using only sisual composer, and not the cornerstone?
Hi there,
Yes, this is possible. Cornerstone is a required plugin as X depends on much of it’s functionality, but when you create pages you don’t need to use Cornerstone’s content builder. You could use a different page builder, including Visual Composer.
Once purchased can this only be installed ONCE on one host? Currently we do not have a domain and host and may be using a temp host for testing, but may change when going live. Just want to make sure I understand how the license works.
Hi There,
You can change the location of your license at any time in your Themeco account, you can simply only validate the number of licenses you have bought (so for example if you wanted to use X on say 3 sites, you would purchase 3 regular licenses).
If you are simply wanting to move the license from mytestsite.com to mynewsite.com, you could simply do that with one license and manage it all in your Themeco account!

Great thank you. One other thing, I have been designing with Webflow..and I see Cornerstone is kind of similar. One thing I am not seeing in video is it looks like you can’t visually set Classes on the fly?
In Webflow so I change some padding and text on a button, I can assign that as “ButtonSomething” right there. Then I can make a new button and apply “ButtonSomething” to it and it will carry all the specs.
Here it looks like I still have to do a lot of hand coding in CSS to do this.
Is that accurate?
Our pleasure! Just to confirm if you had seen the customize tab when working on an Element? You can add custom classes or IDs there for use on Elements in addition to Element level CSS that can be applied when using V2 Elements.
Yeah I figured it out, some stuff has to be coded manually but for the most part it is working – thanks.
I am having a hard time though there are so many features and I have not used WP in some time.
I am wanting to use my own existing design (recreate it) as my default “Page Template” but I am not seeing any way to adjust the default templates.
I assume the only way to do this is manually code the templates. I can see ways to create templates that I can add into existing pages and such, but as far as a default template created in cornerstone, that doesn’t look possible (referring to like the default layout of things..and the existing page templates)
Hey There,
Like you’ve outlined you can create new custom templates, changing the defaults won’t be possible but also is not really required as you should be fine with using the custom ones. Hope that helps!
Hi team,
I’m comparing a sample theme like this one. Want to know if this theme can be customized like this web?
https://www.tokaicarbon.co.jp/en/Hi There,
That would take a bit of customization, however virtually anything can be done with custom code
Check out some of the Expanded Demos to see some of the more standard “out of the box” things you can do in X. You can also see a full list of features here.

When I try to upload the correct (read: wordpress) zip file to Wordpress.org it fails and says, “The theme has no tags. Add a Tags: line to your style.css file and upload the theme again. Theme Style Sheets” Any help?
Nice Work
Thank you!
Congratulations on a wonderful theme. How easy is it for a non-techie like me to change the total width of the content area without breaking something? (I know some basic CSS…
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. There is a setting under Theme Options that will allow you to adjust the width of content area sitewide.
Many thanks
You’re most welcome
I’m currently waiting for a go-ahead from a client. How long will the Sale be still available ?
Hi there,
I’m sorry, this isn’t something we’re able to disclose. At this price it might just be worth it to purchase the license to have on hand. You could use it with your potential client or a future client.
Presale question: Is Uber Menu Plugin included in the Theme? Thanks
Hey There,
UberMenu is part of our extensions and comes with our X theme.
Can I use the license for 2 domains and another test domain? or they will have a maximum number of domains per licenses, greetings!
Hi There,
Each license is for a single use, so if you wanted to use X on say 2 different domains you would simply purchase 2 regular licenses. Each license does allow you to validate both a production and development environment when validated in your Themeco account.

Hello. I just purchased X and then converted to Pro. Am I able to still use the extensions in the Pro version? I know that I won’t beable to use cornerstone since page builder is in its place but what about Superfly Menu?
Yes indeed
thanks.
My pleasure!
wrote in the forum…just having some troubles with getting pro. I’ve purchased it and it says in Apex that I have it but on my dashboard…seems like i still only have X.
Tried to login to support to un-register a theme. Says account does not exist and I have a valid purchase code…....please help!
Hi there,
If you reach out over email and send us the purchase code we can locate any existing account. You can use the contact form on our profile page.
-Wow yet another theme claiming to work with VC. You know i am tired of this kind of marketing….You should state CLEARLY that cornerstone and VC elements don’t work together, clearly.
-Secondly after 3 years of people complaining about the issue of cornerstone deleting the page elements stating “Editing in Cornerstone will replace the current content” is just not acceptable, for the amount of money you have made perhaps fixing this issue would be your top priority. I spent 3 hours building the site in cornerstone, only to return this morning and have it all be deleted. Now before you refer me to your wonderful support team to “take a look” i can assure you that i just don’t have time or patience for yet another support ticket fix from another envato wordpress developer.
-The backend settings are overly complicated yet you make it look so simple and easy to use, now i have used WP for 15 years yet i am still baffled by how you have build the backend setup regarding templates and the link to cornerstone editing etc.
-I would advice clients to do their research on this theme properly, ask for a demo of cornerstone, BEFORE purchasing it. If you are not good at design, then this theme is not going to promise you simple design, go use DIVI or something for that. You guys have done a lot of work and everything but what you are selling us is not what you are advertising. I am very dissapointed.
Hi there,
Cornerstone and Visual Composer can work side-by-side, but you can’t edit content in one and then work with the same content in the other builder. This is true of any page builder that have their own content format, which is how most of the leading builders work. You just need to decide which page builder you’re going to use before you create a page.
Hi, I am planning to buy this theme, before that I have a query. I have to target two countries – Australia and UK. So I want to display navigation menu items depending on the country. Like if I am in the Australia page(or Sydney page, Perth page, Melbourne page, Adelaide page, etc), it should show the navigation menu selected to show for Australia only. And if I am in the UK page(or London page, any other city page, etc), it should show the navigation menu selected to show for UK only. Does this theme provides an option to choose a navigation menu for each page? Thank you.
Hey There,
We are fully compatible with WPML which will help you run a multi site installation. If you have any specific questions related to that let us know.
Thank you for the reply. I think I was unable to clarify my concern. Language is not the problem here. So I won’t need WPML. I will have some location specific pages for Australia. So I want to create a navigation menu which shows the menu items related to Australia only. Same goes for the UK. I want to create navigation menu which shows the menu items related to the UK. I want the independence to select a navigation menu for each specific page while editing the page itself. In this way, it will be easy to assign UK navigation to UK city pages and Australia Navigation to Australia city pages. I think I am clear now. Please let me know if it’s possible. Thank you.
I’m sorry about the confusion there. Yes, it does allow a per page navigation to be added, but that will be force to be a fixed top navigation that sticks to the screen as you scroll down.
Hi,
I am really considering to use this theme on my project but i have a few question i need an answer first.
1. will the theme compatible with Gutenberg that will be included with WP 5.0? 2. if i finished building the site before WP 5.0 released, will it still look OK after the WP 5.0 released? 3. what’s your plan on WP 5.0 and Gutenberg? i need to know my options
Thanks very much!
Hey There,
As of now there are no specific plans about Gutenberg. We have our own tools and page builder called Cornerstone which is built to provide you the best experience possible.
How do I make the header like this website, the menu and logo overlay the video http://alphaomegafitness.com/

how is the template with integration of other plugins? Like a instagram feed carousel across the bottom of the page? Lastly, since visual composer switched to WP Bakery does that mean that we get WP bakery with this? I only ask because i would like to at a social icon add-on for WP bakery.
Hi There,
Thanks for reaching out! Our policy related to 3rd party plugins is that unless they are integrated into the theme in some way (Revolution Slider, Gravity Forms, etc) then we are unable to provide support or guarantee compatibility for them. The implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise would be the responsibility of each customer. Technically speaking, since X was developed according to development best practices, any well developed 3rd party plugin should play nicely with X, however due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme.
As for Visual Composer, WP Bakery is the name of the developer who distributes Visual Composer. As long as your add-on is for Visual Composer you should be good to go.

Hey There,
Make sure to check out our Ethos 3 demo which features many similar elements used on our sales page. If you have specific questions on how to recreate a part of our sales page feel free to use our support forum within our apex member area.
Can you suggest any of your demos that would be good for a film/movie “launch/campaign” type of website? Something like http://wordpress.templaza.net/filmcampaign or http://premium.themolitor.com/?theme=vysualize or http://silverscreen.edge-themes.com/ or http://demo.gloriathemes.com/#themovie Thanks!
Hi There,
The beauty of our Expanded Demos is that they could be adapted to virtually any type of site, so it would be more a matter of choosing a design that you liked and then customizing as needed. Let us know if you need anything further!
Hello, right now I’m using version 5.2.5 of theme X. Can I update to the latest version (6.0.3) without causing it any problems? Of course I make a backup before updating
Thanks in advance!
Ferdi
Hey There,
As you’ve pointed out doing a backup to revert back is best practise. Another way would be to create a staging site and test the update before pushing it live.
