Found it – the setting in Appearance > Widgets > Footer Widget 1 had disappeared – we added the block and slug there and it reappeared. Thanks!

That is the cache problem, The best practice is when you are in development mode then disable all the cache plugins on your site and server too and remove site and server cache then finally check your site after removing the browser cache. hope your issue will solve.

It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

I would start fixing issues, however I simply don’t have enough time. When I buy an item, I expect a working one. Previously I bought Porto HTML and Porto Drupal templates and they worked just fine.

The reason I request a refund is that this item is ‘malfunctioning’, as stated in many comments here. For example, simple change of color scheme does not reflect in the main menu. This is not cache or permission issue in my case.

Some other issues: “1. The large search form in header still goes over 2 lines. 2. Contact info in mobile view still mess up the header. 3. The attribute buttons in single products now display parantheses ok but butons does not work, buttons are dead if attributes like Size M (20-24) is used. 4. If attribute dropdown is used the Clear selection link is misplaced. 5. If you select any of the variables of a product the price does not appear, only main price changes. Also the availability message does not appear on variable products, customer can not see if variable is in stock or not. 6. Still no box/frame around error/success messages so it looks like these important messages is just thrown into the page. 7. If you now hover the mouse over the main menu in header it does no longer open the dropdown above/on top of the menu line, it increase the height of menu line and make the entire page content to move down a few px. 8. Tabs in single products has dissapeared, just a single line of text and there is no padding in the content of tabs making it looking very bad and content falls very close to the sidebar content. 9. Border above product metas has dissapeared. 10. Still no color on the rating stars. 11. Any widgets used in single product sidebar still looks bad with no padding. Padding also missing for the toggle option. Just add the category to your single product sidebar and see for yourself. 12. If you have only 1 product in stock the add to cart button appear with the – + sign just in front. Old issue which looks bad. 13. Some buttons get a 2-3px border around on click and some buttons not. 14. Before the availability text there now appear this text string ” – by another theme user.

So I would appreciate if you give me my money back and remove it from my download list. I will not use this theme in my projects in the future.Thanks.

Also, please make sure that you are checking the theme with the theme default required plugins not with many of the 3rd party plugins.

Please check that all the required/recommended Plugins are installed/activated before importing any demo on your site from Porto >> Plugins. If not then install/activate all of them first then import any deo you will not find an issue and as you said that your server requirement is perfectly meet the Theme requirement so if after this if your issue will not solve then we need to debug your site but for that you have to purchase the support extension for getting further more support because this is the Envato policy and we/you have to follow it.

I think you have selected the Default theme portfolio page from Theme Options. If you want use your own page for Portfolio Archive page (Which is good for SEO) then please create a new page by using the Porto Portfolio VC element inside the page and set as per your requirement then you will be able to set the SEO of the page. After creating the page just went and remove the portfolio page from Theme Options.

You can change the H1 to div from : wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/layout.php and find the H1 tag and change into div or whatever you want.

You can set or remove that section from Appearance >> Widgets. Here you will find the Block that is used in the Footer Widgets means that section comes from Blocks so you then need to go to Blocks and find the particular Block name that is used in the Widgets and just edit and change whatever as per your requirement.

I think you are not installing the complete zip file of the font that is why the font is not showing in the typography. We have tested this option in the theme and did not find this kind of issue in the theme, mostly the customers upload only the font file not the complete zip file but you have to install the complete zip file of the font.

I almost forgot to ask I also need help hiding the Woocommerce “Select Options” Button appearing on our site as follows https://www.spillstation.com.au/spill-kits/general-purpose-spill-kits/

We don’t make use of Add to Cart but instead we hid that button ad opted for Request a Quote which is already in place appearing in the product item level. However, in the product category label products that are variable have “Select Options” button still appearing so how do we hide this please???
