Can I use the Theme Forest plugin NEX-Forms with your theme?

We have not tested that particular plugin with Avada and thereby cannot guarantee 100% compatibility. If the plugin was developed according to WordPress and PHP coding standards it may be fine

Hello,
In theme Options > Woocommerce Styling I have set:
Equal Heights (Turn on to display grid boxes with equal heights per row.) to YES
But it doesn’t change anything. I have checked on Chrome & MS Edge because I notice that you released a patch for IE last year. We have no outstanding patches to apply.

That option should work without any issues so please make sure that your caches or 3rd party plugin or some custom CSS is not causing this issue, try disabling the plugins and checking again however if the issue persist we will need you to open a support ticket with us and our team will check this out for you right away.

Hi Ammar,
Having disabled all other plugins & disabled my child theme. I then took off all my custom css & it fixed it. Now to trawl through a mile of custom css to find what’s causing it!!

Hello,
I have a very strange bug since yesterday:
- I have 3 websites using Avada and 3 licences of with this Theforest account (and 3 registration keys). - I can’t do the last update in 2 websites - website #1: no problem to make the last update (even if I just discovered an error message, it asks to make a new token) - website #2 and #3: impossible to make updates, but no problem with the token. Message “Une erreur est survenue lors de la mise à jour de Avada Le téléchargement a échoué. Forbidden” (“couldn’t download the update. Forbidden”).
Can you help me please to resolve the problem to be able to make the update?

I cann’t Generate the Token alwyes give me “Invalid token, or corresponding Envato account does not have Avada purchased.” , I already followed the instruction.

I love Avada after using it for my project. Can you make demo about home wares, electric shop like electro theme? There are many demo about cloth shop, beauty out there, but rarely demo about home wares shop sell electric item in kitchen like cookers, microwave, etc.

We have not officially tested this plugin on our end, however it is definitely true that they have a working Avada demo with that plugin so that is enough evidence of it. I will suggest getting in touch with plugin authors about more info on that plugin.

Experiencing issues with latest update:
1. It seems my php.ini and wp-config.php are not recognized (hooked in?) now by Avada. This makes system status in the red and keeps WP revisions on pages, which I have set to “false” in wp-config.php.
2. After saving a page and clicking on all pages I get a warning to stay on page or leave page and all will be lost. Note: I have a custom global element on all pages
Please advise or create a patch/update to fix these issues. Thanks!

If any command is being placed inside php.ini and wp-config.php it should be recognized by Avada and should show in system status as such, this simply means your hosting is not letting the change go forward in first place and we will gladly check this out for you.

The latest update has made the blog posts stay site width regardless of blog posts being set to 100% Some reason this has just happened since updating.

I am trying to update the plugin Layerslider WP from 6.6.8 to 6.7.1. It fails with the message “Something went wrong with the plugin API.”

I have set a standar font “Arial” but in the theme under <style id=”fusion-stylesheet-inline-css” type=”text/css”>
it’s loading: src: local(‘Antic Slab Regular’), local(‘AnticSlab-Regular’), url(//fonts.gstatic.com/s/anticslab/v6/bWt97fPFfRzkCa9Jlp6IacVcWQ.ttf) format(‘truetype’);
and
src: local(‘PT Sans’), local(‘PTSans-Regular’), url(//fonts.gstatic.com/s/ptsans/v9/jizaRExUiTo99u79D0KEwA.ttf) format(‘truetype’);
i have disable all plugins and theme feature (google api, slider etc..)

Hello. We are not able to update Avada today.
We get the following error: An error occurred while updating Avada: Download failed. cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: marketplace-downloads.content.envato.com
I have checked with our host, which are telling us that this is an issue with Envato or your severs. Care to help us out here?
Edit: There are no errors in “System status” and the theme is properly registered. This is not a new website, but rather a site which has functioned fine for years.

We do not have an option to set the element or column / container as sticky by default however it is definitely doable using custom CSS after setting a custom CSS ID or Class and setting the position using custom CSS.
