I started using X theme yesterday. I added a page and no text is showing at all whenever I preview the content, the page title is there but the content is just a blank page. But when I switched to the free default theme, the text are showing perfectly. How to fix this? Also, you claim to have 24/7/365 support and yet nobody replies to the forum except a customer with the same issue and frustration. https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/no-text-is-showing-at-all/32992
Please answer us ASAP. We didn’t pay for a theme that does not function well. If you cannot answer us in a timely manner and give us an easy resolution to this problem, you might as well tell us how to get a refund.

Our team is staffed 24/7/365 however questions are answered in the order received (so it can take up to 24 hours but typically much faster). Hi, that is not true. I posted my request for support 8 hours ago and they are replying to the posts that were posted later than mine. Hows that for questions are answered in the order it was received? Please escalate this, otherwise just let me know how to request for full refund. Thanks

Our staff works out of a custom view that lists oldest to newest tickets and answer in that order however when older tickets are responded to they show up at the top of the public forum mixed in with new posts so if you look at the time stamp of those other posts you’ll see they are generally older.

Can you please explain why content on posts and pages cannot be viewed with your theme? I just installed the X theme, and no text displays, the theme just displays blank pages with no content. I have never had this problem with any other theme. Others have submitted the exact same issue on the support forum. I have submitted a request for support on the forum at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cannot-view-pages-or-posts/32996 that you falsely claim offers support 24/7 when clearly you do not.

As stated in the previous reply, there are no limitations and this is an issue on your end as our server is up and running. Most likely some local dns cache or your host settings are preventing the site from loading. You can find some troubleshooting tutorials when googling “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”.
I tried to solve the problem on my side, to no avail. No server response. How can I see the demo, except at theme.co?
You would need to see it from our site as that is where they are hosted, however we have no other reports of issues accessing our site from any of our customers across the globe and we have tens of thousands of active visitors daily. Regretfully this seems to be something specific to your internet service provider. I would try reaching out to them, and if you are able to find out anything additional feel free to let us know.

We do not block any requests from certain countries so you should be able to access the site fine.
I’m really disappointed with the new Cornerstone which doesn’t work on my Wordpress even if I’m disable all the extensions…
I can’t post on my WP anymore ! Why did you have to change ? Cornerstone was really great ! Can’t find how to solve the issue on my own !
For some reason Slider Revolution wasn’t already an installed plugin. So I downloaded it but it wont let me use any of the free templates. What am I missing? Theme seems cool so far but this is confusing.

I have installed this product from the theme and it is need to be validate. This is a demo version, I can only isntall 12 very basic themes in this case. If I want more or more effects It is need to activate. It is normal or I did somethig not the right way?The slider included with the theme is a fully functioning slider plugin. You can create anything you want from scratch, using all features of building provided within the plugin.
We cannot control what certain plugin authors choose to place behind product validation. In most cases, authors will place their more premium starter templates behind product validation.
If you wish to access these premium starter templates, you will need to purchase a license of the plugin to access them, but the tool itself is not restricted in any way, and again, we have no control over an author choosing to put their templates behind validation.

Hi, I was configuring Ubermenu and was getting messed up. After that I found this link from x theme knowledge base.

Also, the file _nav-primary.php is not there. What should I do? Ubermenu is not at all friendly with your theme. The worst thing is you don’t have any demo done with Ubermenu. The theme has limited logo alignment also.
Please provide me the updated link. Otherwise, I would like to go for a refund.
