The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
In the following text we’ll explain how the bundled plugins work:
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Just updated to latest version and everything broke!! Accordions don’t work, buttons have lost their settings, and my 3rd party plugins stopped working. All because of this update!!!

This is not imported automatically, as it’s the feature of premium translation plugin called WPML that doesn’t come bundled inside theme package. Once you install WPML plugin, you will be able to insert language switcher to your top bar widget area.

Revolution Slider files do not import automatically, and you will need to import these slides manually.
First thing you need to make sure you’ve downloaded correct file from ThemeForest, from themeforest.net find the theme and in download button dropdown, select “All files & documentation”.

On the larger iPad, with the navigation menu, there is no indication of sub menus due to ipads not having a hover type state, but also no visual indication to know there is also a submenu (ie. a icon like > )
when you click the menu, the sub menu flashes briefly but takes you to the page of that menu item originally clicked, and not seeing any sub menus etc
iPads are getting bigger each time to go against desktops so setting responsive codes for bigger devices will only affect desktop to eventually.
Some smaller ipads have the responsive menu which works, but larger ipads get the desktop nav but no hover state, is there a fix?
Seems people brought these issues up 4 years ago when doing a search prior to typing.
could you not implement a > next to menu items that have submenus to indicate more menus are there and when clicked it displays the menu, unless a second click is actioned on original menu item

You should go to Appearance > Menus and check “don’t link” box next to your parent menu item https://www.screencast.com/t/64CdNMrVi4p In that way, you won’t be able to click on the parent menu item that takes you to some other page, but you’ll open a child dropdown list instead.

My client and I have been looking at your theme to potentially use on their website, specifically the Gadener demo (http://bridge156.qodeinteractive.com/).
We both noticed that there is an issue with the “why choose us” section on mobile (completely crunches up, not readable). There is also a problem with the hover style on the call to action above the footer (with the ivy, think it might be your z-indexes).
Has this theme/demo been tested on mobile and can these issues be fixed? I realise I may be able to fix these myself, it would be good to have something complete from the get go.

Even though I have the featured images changed, the Bridge logo shows up as our website thumbnail on muvmag.com. This just started happening and I’m not sure as to why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The favicon is fine. It’s when you share the url on any social network that it shows the Bridge logo as the featured image, when it isn’t set as one. Sorry, I should have been more specific. Will flush the memory cache regardless.

Thank you for this explanation. Now we understand you. Please note, sharing on social networks include Open Graph protocol which is defining all aspects of shared content – title, description, image etc. If those params aren’t defined in page header, sharing library will try to fetch some random data from page, which is what you are experiencing.
So, to gain more control over shared content you should use some plugin that is handling Open Graph protocol.

May thanks! In this categories yes, but not in others like “escuela”. And also, in ENtrevistas for example it should appear more than 2. I think that it’s filtering just for the post than appear before “load more”, isn’t it? How can i do to filter for all post that i have in the blog?
