Hi, curious how you got your metro shop product images in 4 columns and all square? When I import the metro shop page, my products are all over the place and HUGE. Some are almost full screen. Can you share some settings to get them all square in 4 columns?

Suppose I have 2 kinds of products: one with “category A” and “tag 1” and another with “category B” and “tag 1”. I want to show a list of products of “category A” AND “tag 1”. Can I do that? When I try to use the category and tag filter inside the “build query” section, a loading icon appears and never finish to search.

Hello I have a problem with the web header. When I insert a video in the web header, loaded from pc, the video is frozen and we can only see the first frame. Sometimes, if we upload a video from YouTube, it is loaded in the media browser but it is not accepted.

I was using the Portfolio Metro layout as my homepage at: http://melissacorrea.niponica.net/I opted to show All posts, on Post Settings/General/query. As I did that the Metro Layout got scrambled, it would not fit the full width of the page and the Post Thumbs got very different sizes from the neat grid it was set up before. Any ideas?

I just have a suggestion, I bought your theme multiple times, however I would love if you guys were able to create pagebuilder-templates similar as Salient for example. So, pre-designed templates which you can easily select and use in the page builder. I don’t think it’s really hard to do, as programmer myself, however you would save a lot of time of your customers.

Yes we have this in our road-map but we are giving precedence to other features right now. The main reasons is that in Uncode (not possible in other themes) you can import at any times more than 200 complete layouts with the selective import, this mean you can easy import the pages and so the sections you need. In any case, I confirm that the other tool would be faster to have individual sections (I just explain because it is not one of our priorities even if it’s in the to-do list).

Hi, a Child Theme is just an empty folder that works on top of the parent theme where you can insert your modifications, it doesn’t alter the layout of the parent theme.

I only see on mobile, not sure why you have this (possible custom CSS?), anyway paste this code to fix:

Thank you, that works perfectly for the desktop version, however on the mobile version the menu links have shifted too far to the left. any idea on how to fix this?
Actually that was some of my own code messing up the mobile menu positioning accompanied by yours, that is fixed now. Is there a way to remove the arrows on the mobile menu?

Hi! If I understand you it seems you have a very big logo, you need to reduce the logo height (and so also the width) on mobile. In Theme Options > Navbar > Logo > Logo Height Mobile.
No I don’t have a logo. It’s my actual site name, the site identity that I am unable to change regardless if I use less words it still expands over the menu. My site identity is viva la vida bb which is the name of my site. There is no logo added and when I tried to add one to fix the issue it was way too small and disproportionate in the desktop view and mobile view. Www.vivalavidabb.com

I really hate to be a bother but now when I upload videos to a post they all display one same video despite me uploading different videos. I hope that makes sense. Why is it displaying one video across different single media items that are different videos? It is driving me crazy
