I made the Update of my thema Uncode. Unfortunatly I don’t have the Hexadecimal code to pick the right color in the palette. This is a huge mistake for me. Can you tell me how i can get it back please. Can you please make an new upload for the thema with this correction. Thank you in advance.

This is not an issue of the latest version of Uncode otherwise here you should see thousand of messages since colorpicker is essential for any installation, so definitely it’s not something we have to fix with an update. Have you extra plugins installed? Have you also updated the Uncode Core plugin and cleared browser cache a suggested in the docs?

Hi Auroredurpoix, even if these plugins are at the latest version have you tried disabled them? Have you also tried another browser just to test is not a problem with cache? Hi! First of all I’m not trying to explain that you “Uncode top seller” is not good, I just want to my fix my problem but I need this hexadecimal code to work. Like you do your job, I try to fix my problem to do mine. Second of all if I could get a “private” and dedicated support I would do as well but I cannot… So I would really appriciate that you or your collegue help me to get fast out of this problem. Without that it taking so much useless time for both of us. The video that you post dont show how the person pick a color. I don’t know if you got my problem. I have the palette and the possibility to choose a color. What I need is the place to paste the exacte color that i need (the hexadecimal code). Just to add my uncode back office it’s not looking the same as the video. Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi, if you have an odd issue no other users are reporting it seems that you have something installed that create a conflict or you have not properly update the theme, our “Uncode top seller” tries to explain that this is not an issue of the product so as you requested we don’t have to publish an update with a fix for this. What you mean that your back office it’s not looking the same as video? I ask you again… have you disabled ALL extra plugins and tested another browser? In case, at least, upload a screenshot so we can check what you see.

In my dashboard it’s written the theme version : 1.6.1 But I already tryed to look for update but my dashboard is telling me that everything is update.

Ok so i don’t have the last version. I cannot update my version with the automatic way cos WP is not offering me an uplaod so I tryed the manualy way. Why don’t things like adding a simple border to the custom section of a row work when using the content block? Its great that you can use the content block for things like a footer etc but you cant style them!

Simple because it’s not possible to transfer the CSS styles to the final destination page, this is a limit of VC with the unique Content Block, anyway it’s pretty easy with a few line of CSS since you can apply classes to the Content Block, if you need help just rise a ticket in our Help Center.
Ok yes I achieved this using css class. Shame it wasn’t developed better to work like rest of theme. Maybe in a future release

Hi, I wanted to upload your theme to my site and replace the old one and there is a pluggin (additional post types by Rock Themes) that does not allow your theme to be uploaded. When I deactivate this pluggin, the website is messed up. What can I do?
Hi javiercoves! By the time you upload and activate Uncode (or any other themes) your site will be messed up anyway, please note that you cannot switch themes and expect the site is ready. For example I think that Rocket Theme also uses a completely different page builder so don’t expect to switch theme and be ready for prime time. Changing theme on a live site can work only with very basic themes where you have only a blog without complex pages. You should create your new site on an hidden installation and then migrate to the new site or activate a coming soon page (that is an option of Uncode) while you build your new site.

Hi TheAliZee! Maybe I don’t understand your request but by the moment you install WPML and you set and RTL language when you are in the RTL lang the website will use RTL. Hi nicolevanvondel! How it was before, the classic WooCommerce layout? The HTML is completely different, have you extra plugins installed (also cache plugins) or customisations in the child theme?
Hi, yes, it was the classic version. Also having problems with the ‘place order’ button, that doesnt seem to work anymore too. Did installed some extra plugins but tested with ‘health check’ plugin and non of the plugins is causing the problem. Even thought the place order button did worked in the ‘health check’ version. No customisastions in the child theme…..

Hi, have you cleared the cache? I see you have a cache plugin and it seems you are still using the old files, please clear the cache first and try to deactivate this plugin. Anyway since no users reported this problem and updates doesn’t break things try to disable all extra stuff you have, pretty sure this can help.
ps: do you have customization in the child theme?
Thanks. I tried to disable all plugins – still not working. So I assume it is not a problem of one of my plugins. I don’t have any customizations in the child theme also. Don’t know what to do now.

First of all I still see you are using W3 Total Cache, so please deactivate.

Feeling stupid…. did update to 1.8.2. but something must have gone wrong there. Renewed the update and YES! it’s working. The only issue now are the pictures. How can I get them in a row and not above each other?

Hi! I love this theme, but I’m having some issues with my navigation on portfolio items. The next & back buttons don’t navigate in the same order that my portfolio items are organized in the isotope module. 1. No sorry this effect is not part of the native options of Uncode, I don’t know if you can create this effect with Slider Revolution that is part of the package (please have a check in their examples https://revolution.themepunch.com/examples/).
2. Actually we don’t have major reports but cannot tell if it’s because none of our users use this heavy library.
3. Can you please show us an example of what you refer? There are dozen of ‘How it works’ layouts…

I want to design three icon box which is available in this theme as shown in demo and then a simple horizontal line between the icons of the whole process.

I have a suggestion for the gallery lightbox. When used with photography where the image files are larger than average the lightbox hangs on a slow connection. It loads the images fine but when you click next nothing seems to happen then it will suddenly load the next slide. It doesn’t actually hang but it doesn’t give any indication that it is loading the next image when you click on it.
