Demo content does not install, please advise

This issued should be checked clearly to find out the reason. So, please directly contact with our developer at our support channel here. Don’t forget to provide:
- Your purchase code (to let our developer see that you’ve already bought our theme)
- Admin account & FTP information (so, our developer can clearly look for the reasons)

Already have a ticket, that was verified on support because of the purchase code, as well as being able to see that its a purchased commentor of the theme. The support has had dashboard login access, AS requested, within the first ticket. FOR 2 different servers and the same error on both. The theme has not been fully tested and has no customize ability option.
Currently as it stands. not able to import theme demo data….not able to customize theme with any options. Last update broke the theme.

As I said in other comment, I cannot find your ticket with your Envato account. Our support item is not connected with the ThemeForest site, that’s why we cannot know who is the ticket’s creator unless the customer provides the purchase code. Can you tell me your ticket number? So, I can have a double check to see what happened.

Hi! I have an issue with another theme that I purchased from you its called Kaiser, it’s no longer available it seems, thats why I am making the comment here. I used to have an instagram live feed in the footer, but now it has been replaced with the error message “Instagram has returned invalid data”. I have tried downloading different plugins, and nothing works. Would appreciate any help greatly. Thank you!

Hello, my client purchased theme 2 weeks ago and we are using onepage with portfolio pages. Onepage is working fine, but, we are having problems with porfolio, only code is visible, we can not change anything because builder is having a problem. When we enable visuable builder everything is messed up after saving, and we can not change images. Can you help us please?

I have a form (made with CF7) with an acceptance checkbox in it that does not appear (checkbox doesnt – Text does). I think is something related to the css, but I wasn’t able to figure where the problem really is.
